  1. Wow.. I didn't know that. I'd had always just assumed it existed, because I had seen it in so many sources, and I'm quite a way from having a complete 2600 collection.
  2. The Digital Price Press guide has Glacier Patrol being released by both Sunrise and Telegames.. The telegames version is a 12$ (3) and The Sunrise version is a $30 (6). I don't have a copy of the Sunrise version, so I can't verify it's existence personally.
  3. It was never produced.. a lot of the "COMING SOON" games from 2600 catalogues from 1982 and 1983 were never released because of the video game crash, and Parker Brothers was no exception. Mike
  4. I see that on eBay too. I sell a lot of my extra 2600 systems, and I make a point not to include Star Raiders if I'm not including the touch pad, or paddle games if I'm not including the paddles. For some reason, I wind up buying more copies of Star Raiders than I do touchpads, as well as more copies of Super Breakout than I do paddles. I've got more spare copies of those two games than I do of Combat.
  5. There is often a price difference, but it's not really due to some inherent difference between NTSC and PAL. The reason is that games are widely distributed in some areas than others, and Gas Hog just happened to be fairly widely distributed in countries with PAL TV sets, whereas it's almost impossible to find in most NTSC areas. For some reason, the cart is actually not too hard to find in some parts of Ontario, Canada. In the last 3 years I've picked up about 10 NTSC versions.. traded all but a couple of them to pick up 2600 carts which are impossible to find in this part of Canada. Hope that answers your question, Mike
  6. Why don't you post the carts you want, and what you think a "fair" price to pay for those carts would be (in either US or Canuck dollars), and maybe some of the regulars here can get you some of those carts. Cheers, Mike

  8. Talking about Zellers, there are some label variations on Zellers carts that aren't in the database. For example, Challenge comes with endlabels in two different fonts.. one a narrow font, and one the full size one. There are also a lot of Activision label variations missing.. like International Editions and Bilingual editions.. NTSC games which were released in Canada. Who would I e-mail to get the 2600 list updated? Mike
  9. I was testing Ataris the other day, and inserting random carts. One of the carts I used was Vanguard... I never realized how great this game was! I must have spent an hour playing the thing.
  10. I'm down the 401 in London, and I only find things by positng ads in newspapers.. I never find 2600s at stores or flea markets, and only 1 out of every 100-200 garage sales yield 2600 stuff (usually NES or Genesis stuff instead). I'm in TO once a month or so, so if there's anything in particular you want, I might be able to get it.. and trade/sell it to you next time I'm there. Cheers, Mike
