Rebuilding a failed RAID 5 drive to a spare drive. Second one in two weeks on the same array... looks like they're starting to hit the end of their usable lives.
Yep, but in all fairness, this RAID has gotten heavy daily use as my video editing array for five years now. So they've served their time. In my experience, when RAID drives start wearing out from time and use, they'll all start going in rapid succession. That's why I keep spares.
