  1. Updates: 3-18-21: "Not a SuperCharger Game" updated from "Speculative project" to "Early development". Graphics are in progress. Early non-playable proof-of-concept build. 3-9-21: "Historical Documentary": Graphics are in progress.
  2. Sorry... www.audacitygames.com keeps redirecting there. I'm not logged in but I can see the page (in Safari... which of all browsers is usually the one that doesn't work).
  3. There's quite a bit of info up there now: https://adgm.us/portal/guide01.html
  4. So presumably they're excluding themselves from eligibility in the 2021 Atari Homebrew Awards then?
  5. I thought they were dangling fuel hoses (since it appears to be a tanker).
  6. According to their website: 1-100 are for the limited edition, 101-2000 are for the collector's edition, so they probably started numbering the standard editions at 2001.
  7. Ah... sorry. For some reason I misread that as Apple TV. My Mini is in my home office, and nowhere near my TV. I end up using an iPad running the Twitch app to chat while the Apple TV streams the show. The amount of delay on the Apple TV is pretty appalling though. But the sofa is comfier, so I just live with it.
  8. I use the Apple TV app too, but how do you type in the chat? I've had no end of trouble trying to get a bluetooth keyboard to work with it.
  9. The RetroN 77 can be updated as Stella continues to improve and support new bankswitching formats. The Stella developers continually strive for accuracy and compatibility for all 2600 games. Not sure what's under the Flashback 9's hood, how compatible it is, and how upgradeable it is for new homebrews.
  10. I modify my CX-40s for this very reason. I posted a how-to here: http://www.cheeptech.com/2600mods/stickmod.html Basically, it works like a taller, more controllable (and right-handed) D-pad.
  11. It's a truck convoy. The box art shows trucks, not trains. Also, in the trailer at 0:58 you can see the front of a semi truck.
  12. Activision programmers would never do that. (*cough* Sky Jinks/Skiing *cough*) Totally kidding. Skiing goes down. Sky Jinks goes up. In all seriousness, I think it's cool they're getting back into programming games for the 2600, and I hope they have fun with it. More to the point - I hope the games are fun, too. That's the most important aspect of any game to me. Not who programmed it, or how collectible it is, or how good it looks on a shelf, or how amazing the graphics are. It has to play great, and be something I want to go back to repeatedly.
  13. Wait... so does this mean you're delaying the big secret reveal you were supposed to be showing on Friday again?
  14. Surprised that Marvel and General Mills haven't teamed up to do a WandaVision edition of Lucky Charms: Red Hexagons, Purple Runes, Yellow Mind Stones, and Green Leotards!

    1. MrMaddog

Disney shoulda made it a CG movie like Frozen.... :D

  15. So wait... what are all those? Let me see if I can guess without looking it up. Yellow... rubber ducky? Blue moon. Rainbow. Umm... graffitied British phone booth? Leaking storage jar? No idea. Red... whoopee cushion? Pretty sure the next one is supposed to be a purple horseshoe, because I doubt they'd make "dog poo" a marshmallow shape. Then pink heart. And finally a green spittoon with a clover on it.
  16. I'm completely lost now. Is James being Magically Audacious? Or Deliciously Terrible? (As an aside, they completely ruined Cap'n Crunch w/Crunchberries when they added in all of the extra Crunchberry colors. Instead of a nice pinkish color, the milk ends up looking like someone stirred motor oil in it.)
  17. Albert posted this yesterday, so it looks like he's getting pretty close:
  18. Well now you're just using Occam's Razor to cut a Gordian Knot.
  19. Unless Fred has made a statement to the contrary, he'll open up reservations again when he gets caught up. When reservations were opened last week, they remained available for several days. Just keep checking the website linked in the first post, and the next time they open up you'll be likely to get on the list.
  20. Updates: 2-6-21: Zeviouz won Best 2600 Work-in-Progress (Port) in the 3rd Annual Atari Homebrew Awards. 2-12-21: Lady Bug Arcade debuted on ZeroPage Homebrew. 2-15-21: Added "Not a SuperCharger Game" (code name) to works-in-progress.
