No matter the game, you can pause the Intellivision pressing 1 and 9 or 3 and 7 at the same time and you get a blank screen (no burn image to your Tv) is very very useful to get high scores. I never heard of any other console you could do that. (of the time, I mean) and there´s a couple of hidden games in the carts!

seems to me that your already have your strategies set, what would be? a hostile take over at the last 0.002 seconds? don´t wait too much for bid, maybe the seller may cancel the auction if he thinks it won´t get bid. You can bid normal amounts to please the seller and then go crazy!

A friend of mine here in venezuela have Space Spartans and Bomb Squad sealed, Very incredible to find french variations here!

But not everyone collect variations, so it wont get as bid as a Spiker. (if you both start a bid war, I´m wrong)

Hi, I´m very sorry that you feel that way, and I completely understand it. In fact, I regret the use of this method of auction, I should listed in Gamegavel for a week and people just increase the max bid and go to sleep. That was my inexperience. I took some bad decisions and I think the way of compensate them was to add one more day. One of the mistakes that happen, was a post about the last bid recieved (when you where outbid) that I write, hit "add reply" and go to sleep, turns out that was a browser or connection error and the messsage was not posted (you can see a mistake post here, when I refresh the web page) was very unfortunate that you where out of the country. and didn´t get the message. I´m very sorry for this sitution and please accept my apologies, but I keep getteing offers and petitions and I thought that the best thing to do was to extend one day more. I didn´t count that the people will start bidding the last day and last minutes, like you do with Ebay. My intention was that the Tape was keep in hands of Atari Age Members. I promess to everyone that if I find more of these, I will not let the price drop, your investment will be protected. And the money I recieve will be invested in do a Warehouse "expedition" that AtariAge gets first the news what I found. I was not trying to take advantage of nobody, I even recieve a last bid when had passed a half an hour of the additional bid and I didn´t take it. You where outbid about 9 pm in your time IIRC and because i didn´t update the post you could bid more. the additional day was also to give you a chance and the Europeans bidders who the time difference is a huge factor. I learn for my mistakes and I will do different next time. I apologize to you and anyone who feel like you. I would have given you $1,000 for it......do you want to extend the auction now.....and I will pay....you can ask anybody on this forum. That will be doing the same thing you are complaining. I don´t think is correct. I appreciate your offer and semms this tape was very important to you. I have another tape. if I consider selling it i will do things different. But is a nice feeling to have a very rare item, only 2 known to exist. But I have to be realistic and maybe I will consider selling it. I will sure learn for experience. Yes, is the excuse that many people uses to bash the Intellivision, maybe mainly because the heard that somewhereand just try the system once.

Considering that the game sucks, its probably a good thing it wasn't ported to the Intellivision. Well, Empire strikes back wasn´t a great thing but we all have it anyway. I wonder if a proto will show up someday? that will be great even if sucks.
