Have you inspected the Bios chip itself? some old ones they just have the battery soldered to the chip and caused a mess.

Not so much really. They can eat paper but is not their favorite meal. Is like going to a table full of food and get plain bread when you can have hamburgers. In the warehouse they go for the glue of the stickers of the shipping boxes and leave the games alone for the most part.

The Sue was about the missuse of the Nintendo name for Famiclone stuff, it only affected those games and not the rest of their stock. And the took it from the store, not the storage.

I made an excel file with most of my inventory for sale, there´s some Application software missing, expecially the Bulky ones. There's also some system that I have just a handfull of games.

 

Condition varies, most of the computers games are Store returns from Music land, some have wear for being on the discount bin with sevral price tags. Price is set accordingly so If nou need a mint ite or save money, I can acomodate both most of the time. ïctures will be always provided.

 

Shipping is from Venezuela to miami by sea or air with private courier, In Miami will be posted with Usps or Ups for the last mile. Sea is Better for Large Packages, Air for small ones.

Alcohol is not a good cleaner for copper contacts in my experience, but the humidity help conductivity for a while and maybe that is the reason of a glimpse of the screen.

 

For me, (And I have done it multiple times with great results) is using anty rust spray oil, spray a little in the cart port and insert a cart several times, this will get ride of the rust in the contacts, and lube them. no need to clean, it will protrect them from further rust for a while. This also clean the cart, so you can clean all the carts also.

 

It will not produce any shorts or damage in the Electronics. I learned this trick from a guy that use to cover the Intellivision warranties in the 80´s, still have his shop open.
