I do collect those, I have several with Spanish manual and a couple in German (Even a sealed Reversi with German manual in the back). But I don´t spend too much on that part of my collection, is not a priority. I get all my intl. boxes when buying a bundle of several games, or in a trade. that's me, I collect every single variation. But i need to get all the 125 officail games first (I got 95, but there's more on the way)

Hi, I´m from Venezuela, I have Intellivision games New, in plastic wrap. they are several titles, mostly commons. the most uncommon that i can get is Mind Strike, others are: Utopia, Soccer, Footbal, star strike, tron deadley discs, Nigth Stalker, Burgertime in 2 versions, space hawk, and others, you get the idea, I have some Boxes and loose carts, also commons, I can do a full list if you are interested. I´m also interested on Intellivision carts, please give me your list, If i need the games, i could accept cart only., if you have some European variations, are Very welcomed. .and when you talk about Video Pack, are you talking about Oddysey 2 (U.S. Name)? I just return Baseball and Crypto Logic to the guy who sold me the console (I already have those), I may get those back, let me know. Thanks for your reply, that was the first thing I do, i forgot to write it. I used and eraser who is perfect to clean electronic contacts (do wonder with carts) every pin of every removable chip, the soldered ones y did so externally, also use the erasor in the mainboard in the tracks. In teh model #1 I´m sure is the Memory chip, the model #2 i´m not so sure. Today I bougth an used 800XL with printer and disk drive (and a lot of disks with software) I will try swap the chips from one to another. If anyone knows how to fix this computers, I´m willing to sell at low prices, (I saw some web sites and ebay who sold chips for the 800XL). Pm me. Remember that those units are new, they where in a warehouse many years, so could be humidity in the air (no signs of it in the boxes) or a factory failure, Is very suspicious that the only failures described on the user´s manual are the ones I have. Ok, thanks for your reply: In console #1 jumps directly to the Memory Test, even with the option button pressed, and it shows 40 Blcks in the one i´m testing only 4 are green ther others 36 are red. Console #2: option button dosn´t work, could be a rom problem?, like no software to boot in to? Did you read about the Production test cart and the error code? Cheers, Ed.

I agree with you, most of the times for be surprised with the ligth of the sunrise while playing games, was with some Civ release. Also happens long time ago with Warcraft 2, and some command and conquer, but I´m a father and I´m not allowed to do that anymore. Cheers..

Hi, I did something like you asked here, my solution vas very inexpensive, you be the judge if suits for you: First I bougth something like this: eBay Auction -- Item Number: 250652089601 note that is not my sale, is just a reference of the product I bougth. Then the adapter of the picture, Add some good quality RCA yellow cables (Just the used for video), connect your three games and in the other side an Rca cable with the adaptor at the end, keep in mind that the less connections in the cable will get more video signal (more impedance, less quality) Don´t get confused about Rf and Rca, You only had to be carefully at the time to connect in the back of the Tv , Rca signals in Rca Jack, Rf Signal in Rf Jack. all the rest is just copper carriying the signal, you put wahtever you like, only consider loss of signal if you add many things, the more direct the connection the better. why? They get $$ who are very scarse due to a Exchange control, I miss some items like He-man sealed in two box versions and the ECS, it seems they don´t have any stock rigth now, most of them even don´t publish in the local ebay (not called ebay, but owned by).

Hello everyone, I buy a lot of sealed retro gaming Items for the only reason to trade that with Intellivision stuff, but also collect almost everithing of that time that has a reasonable cost, and in budget. In the lot there where Atari 800XL, who where new and sealed, even with the original Box of Two (I mean the Shipping box, that contains 2) and for a advice of a friend, I open all for testing, Results: 4 bad For explaining the failure I have to mention that the in the lot are 2 very similar versions of the console, lets call #1 and #2, Differences: Power supply: #1 has a large and flat power supply wit the colors of the computer #2 has a Black and fat one Inside (could be swapped): #1 has "older revisions of the main chips, and the memory chip and the "minor" chips are soldered, not in base, and the Rf shielding was different than #2 #2 has "newer" revisions of the main chips and all the minor and mayor chips are in base and rf shielding different Behavior of failure: #1, at power one, goes straigth to memory test, some of the dot turns red (I imagine is a faulty sector) and do that in a continuos loop. #2, At power on, never shows the "ready prompt" Diagnose: Having 2 different behaviors, I open both computers and swapped the main chips, (the ones in base of #1) and in both computers, the errors where exectly the same, no changes, So my reasoning is that due to differences in software of the two versions, I got a different behavior for the same error, that could be the ram chip. or could be any other component of the mainboard? If anyone is familiar with this behavior, please let me know if I could repair them (I cannot afford to buy parts at this moment). Thanks, Ed.

Ron, I know what you mean, but if all the ebay sellers think like that, no new users could exists, they will stay in 0 rfeedback forever. but anyway the auctions came very expensive, My friend will never bid that high, in 500$ on games is better to be safe I understand. and the Mr. Basic was for combine shipping, In Vnezuela some sellers refuses to sell locally, only Ebay and sometimes is cheaper to win an auction of 1$ and combine ship, and he find one already. Well, long sotory short (I wish) is that the Video Games Crash, happens at the time of a Venezuelan economic crash (The Black Friday), so most of the distributors of video games where bankrupt, and some of their warehouses where intact with a lot of new/unused stuff and even some Banks have Items that where seized at the time. and some people started to sell on Ebay, some others follow. That´s the story so far, I´m more a trader than a seller, My bussines partner have a very busy ebay account and I´m a collector first and Intv is my main priority. they don´t need more competition. (for now) those supplies will not last forever. If anyone is worry if we where re-creating or Manufacturing the games, It's imposible for the High costs. Some new Games still doesn´t reach their original price (about 30$) when the companies produced hondreds of thousand. And if we where replicating, Ebay will be fill with only ultra rares!, Would be very stupid to waste time in common titles. I hope this clarify your questions. Greetings, Ed.

Hello, I´m also from Venezuela and i´m sure your bidder blocked was a friend of mine, We just get our hands in a couple (one for each) of Music Sintethizer never usesd in Box, the only way to tets those are with melody blaster.
