The 1979 copyright is for the game itself Mlb Licensing or not. Is the year they registered the game itself.

The prize is for the Highest score of this game. Nicely done Ed! Maybe you could give a prize to the last place competitor as well, maybe then I'll get a score in. Let me think about it. maybe some circuit matrix for all the wear on the controllers?

I'm really have no rime to play and anyway I will not be very good, since I hardly play video games since the 80´s and my reflexes are very rusty. But I want to contribute to the HSC,I´m offering a sealed copy of Burgertime to the winner, shipped worldwide The winner just Pm his address to get their Prize. God luck to the Winner!

Im on the line about that, as a seller i understand why people do that. ebay charges so much you need to build in some prifit somewhere. but as a buyer you are trying to save some money......this age old debate may never get solved! Shipping is shipping, not some Seller's Personal Tax. Don't lie/steal on shipping charges. As a seller I combine shipping by the weight, but I do include the fees that came with the payment, so the money I recieve will be as close as possible as the price I pay for ship the item. and i do not charge anything for handling (nor Boxes, Tapes, etc.)

Do a test first, pick up a Regular mattel cart and a Coleco cart, open both and see if the Pcb can fit. If so, you are ready to go.

The Catalog is not included...

What happen with our trade talks? I´m still interested.

That´s Hilarious! and the most incredible thing is that it was sold, even 10$ was high for that game, for the joke maybe was worthy.

thinking of starting a online auction site for games

Hi, I´m in, Where is the "First Customers" sign up form? -
No!?!? At one time they said they had 5 million sealed atari games. http://www.oshealtd....electronics.htm do a search on AA for 'oshea' or something and i think you should find the thread about them trying to scrap all the carts for the gold.....very sad!! Sold out!, Most probably Classic-Games-source bought the lot, They did similar purchases like these in the past, like most of the Inventory of Telegames UK.
-
At first I thought that was a little bit expensive, but when I look at the games.. You have a stael! Dig Dug, Diner, and Stadium Mud Buggies! Lucky you!, Congratulations.

No!?!? Could you give me a link for the site? I ggogle o'sheas and I can´t find any video games store.

I'm sure we will see this one relisted. The price was at $143 when I placed a bid. I bid $150, $160, $170 and then looked at the bid history. There were still several bids above me. I placed my first bid at 09:39:52 PDT and then at 09:43:46 PDT already more "protective" bids were placed, without the other guy even being outbid. So I placed several more bids, just to see how high it will go. Everytime I made a bid, another bid was made too. At 11:24:32 PDT I then placed an other bid just to immediately see counter bids at 11:26:03 PDT. When I finally bid $600, there were still 3 bids above me. I've stopped there, because the risk of actually winning it became too high. So this private listing stinks to hell. Also several of the other recent Intellivision auctions were fishy. I wonder why eBay even still has "private listings". You can't see the other bidder names anymore. So private listings are only good for sellers bidding on their own items. And that's what the guy did. The seller probably expected some higher bids in the last seconds. He haven't noticed I was already just making fun of him. P.S.: Just in case that a real buyer bought it, he deserved to pay $601 for his stupidity. Like a year a go, There´s was plenty of those games in Venezuela. One of the reasons to start the lookout of the Famous Warehouse, is to get He-Man and the Ecs who the local sellers refuse to sell me. and then they where depleted. But I think there´s still chance to get them we only are getting in the surface, thee´s like 6 layers of boxes to look for.

I assume the TV is on a table and therefore a couple of feet off the ground if so that would be one hell of a field to penetrate that far, are you sure it is not something nearer like the 7800 (or its power supply if located under the TV) that is the cause of the problem? The reason moving the TV foward or rotating it solves the problem is it is moves the metalic shadowmask away for the magnetic field and it is the shadowmask being magnatised that effects the colour as the electrons fired at the screen no longer hit the correct coloured phosphor dots. I´ve seen that many times in basements (due my line of work), the Magnetic field of a High Voltage cables can affect a Crt in a desk very easy. you should discard any other source, but is very possible.
-
Turns out there is a magnetic field in my basement. If I roll the TV forward 2 feet it goes away. For that matter I can keep it were it is and turn it to the right 90 degrees and it goes away. I have another smaller TV in the same spot is much less sensative to the field. I can't figure where the magnetic field would be coming from! Normally that magnetic fields are from High Voltage cables, do you have that in your basement? you must check it out, there are studies that people who live near Electric cables generate Cancer more frequently, not to scare you but maybe in your citi hall you can find info. Also stron magnetic fields are caused by elevators but only when they moving.

If you want to know if the Repaired cable works fine you should use a multimeter to test for conductivity (is the easiest task to do with a Multimeter). The Blank screen issue can be caused for many issues, the most common is that the Cart can´t be read due dirt contacts. I use a more aggresive approach, I use can oil inside the cart port (don´t worry in not conductive.) and insert a cart several times. You could use a piece of cardboard to remove the extra oil and in the cart I use a Ink erasor (the type you use to erase pen marks) to clean up I give this advice several times and many people refuses to take it, but if works in a million dollars Ct-Scan Machine, can work well in a 20$ Intellivision. Note that the substance to avoid arcs in a X-ray tube (140.000 volts) is Mineral Oil.

What happened to Kid Robin Hood? (Old Skool)
edintv replied to Rev's topic in Intellivision Programming
Thanks edintv -- I just responded to your email. Old Skool or Kid Robin Hood (I could never decide on the name ... I'm not good with coming up with titles!) was my first attempt at making a large game for the intellivision. It's fairly complete with seven levels and just a few bugs that shouldn't impede game play. I did recently notice that there are gram-reading/writing issues when used with Joe's most recent emulator. That's a result of my early programming skills, not Joe's emulator. Some of the elements of the game were refined and used in Caves. I should update that webpage. I didn´t notice you are already here. Any plans for a Future Cart Release? -

I found this page to download some roms of the work in progress, the website is not updated since March 2011 for the Beta of Caves of Kroz, maybe if a few people contact him, and let him know how hungry the Intv collectors are for new games maybe he will resume work. My link -
You will need to reply them in German and in the bottom a very broken english that they need to traslate the letter because you don´t speak english. I´m pretty sure they will stop nagging you after that.

I have new units for sale, but could be need to replace the rubbers, over time they desintegrate. I have it on Gamegavel (check out my signature)

But that is not a issue for Dos games. Have you tried Dos Box? is a very nice software that can run many dos games in any version of windows. Have many features and users interfaces.
