Merry Christmas and Happy Festivus

This is the schematic that I reverse engineered from the 1450xl short board Parallel Disk Drive:
Still has some incomplete traces...
And the Parts List BOM.

Have you reached our to Brad at Best to ask if he might have one of the mother boards?
just a thought
When I called Brad 12 years ago about these, they had all been sold. People were buying up to 10 at a time when that thread started...
It would be cool if some of those popped up.
Another source would be to ask @Guitarman @Rhod @Shawn Jefferson @Vandal968 or @Bryan if they could loan @Dropcheck one of their unfinished boards.

The more measurements taken, and the more accuracy we can get, the better. Measurements of connectors and chip locations would be helpful, too.
@Guitarman posted Some Hi-Res pics of the board here:

Yep, Fujinet uses SIO devices from 0x70 to 0x7F. which clobber SDrive and SIO2SD device types. My Atari WiFi Modem code uses SIO2SD routines as an alternate to using the Screen Configuration for SD Cards...
Make that 0x70 to 0x78...

Shipping to Canada was stated to be $110USD for the auction. That's just outrageous, unless it included a visit from the seller to personally hand over the items. Everyone talks about crazy eBay prices these days -- and they're right -- but shipping costs have easily doubled (or tripled) in the past ten years.
Yep it is crazy, it cost me $100 to send my oldest GrandSon (serving in the USMC now) a complete 800XL system from CA to the East coast earlier this year...

Well scratch that last board proposal.
After running extensive tests, I wasn't seeing good results when trying to share the SDrive with FujiNet, so I've changed direction on this. I've decided to let FujiNet do its own thing when it comes to the SD Card aspect.
So how this will work is: when there is no FujiNet Plug-In Module in place which is after all optional, then the NUCplus4 Main Board will revert to a standard SDrive-ng peripheral. However when the FujiNet Module is present, then FN can take over the SD Card, and kick the SDrive-ng to the side. This will be under PS/2 keyboard control, but essentially only one or the other has full use of the SD Card - not both at the same time.

WOW, that brings back some memories. I had forgot that we included a few actual sites MCL. Thank you.
Yes, the original V2 (There was a v1 that I wrote for the MBC Sanyo 550)
I personally have no issue, it's orphan ware after 30 years.
For what it is worth, I have a 100% clean compile of the C code with CLANG on my MacBook.
Any new updates with disks or code?

For those who would like to learn about the Nextion Displays, I submit to you the WiFi Tool Test HMI file with the Arduino sketch that I am running on a modified FujiNet Devkit board.

Try ATR Tools, it can do what you are looking for.

In the early 90's I used Bobterm with an Intel 9600 BAUD modem @9600 with hardware compression turned on(effectively 19,200) connected to an MIO serial port to access Compuserve.
Cool, that would have been cool to see. My 800 never saw faster than a 2400 baud connection until a few years ago.
I had a Supra 9600 baud modem around then, but was running a 1040ST. My A8's didn't get unboxed until after 2005...

If you guys haven't seen my new addition, check this out:

A new update: The test program (sketch) has been completed and works nicely with the Nextion Display.
New pics attached, I would have posted a video but my hand gets in the way
If there is enough interest, I'll post the code...
And Yes, it does remember your last ssid/password and will connect to it when rebooted. It also remembers the last 10 Access Points that are used when "On The Road"

Do you have a part source for the 40 pin female header that needs swapping on the 800 VBXE Carrier Board?
@candle This needs to be changed on the BOM for PCB Way...

I should add this is running a PAL setup, RGB output off a din13 socket rgb to scart (Cool novelties cable). The svideo din5 stock output is also very good.
