  1. I was stationed at Minot AFB when I bought mine. It was a few months after I got married in Feb 1982. Had to get a home improvement loan at the Base Credit Union to buy it. For a bit over $800 I was able to get a Atari 800, 410, Pac-Man and Star Raiders. The store was kind enough to throw in 1 Joystick The next month I bought K-Razy Shootout...
  2. Must have missed this post. but Y2 is in a 14pin package and is located to the right of Y1 and just below R132.
  3. Are you planning to make a new pcb or do you have a couple of blank 1450XL pcb's?

  5. Here are some pics of my older version and the ATR image for it. I need to reconnect the switch for it... Edit: the one chip is a 74LS138 Impossible.ATR
  6. I have an older version I think. Think I copied about 10 games or a bit more. It worked ok, but noticed that some software wouldn't work with it installed.
  7. The daughter board kooks like "The Impossible", I have one of those too ...
  8. Found Version 1.0 https://www.atarimagazines.com/startv5n6/jukebox.html
  9. Bought my first R-Tme 8 with a good case (bought another awhile back, but it had a bad case and a broken tab so I returned it) plus a spare SpartaDos X cart
  10. That would be me These basic files are missing: CHAT2.MOD SURVEY.MOD SYSMENU.MOD UPDATE.MOD
  11. The "C:" device is not the Cassette Drive, but rather the interface to MOE IIRC. To run this on a real machine, you'll need to make a Dongle (as explained in other threads) and some kind of ring detector. I was thinking about having the FujiNet device signal the A8 when the Connection is made...
  12. Well, it looks like @Mr Robotdid his homework... All the cartridge signals are present. So all banked carts should work, but don't. I can work with it that way
  13. Have a feeling the problem is with banked cartridges and not expanded memory... Seems like 1 banking type works as the others don't?
  14. Haven't done the mod yet, but I just tried my BasicXE 1.02 cart and it won't even boot. BasicXL 1.03 does work. Diamond GOS v2 and the SDX cart won't boot, but the Express cart does...
  15. Active_Computer_Enterprises_Leisureware_Jan_1985_Side_B.atr Repaired all bad sector links. POPCORN.BAS had 3 sectors of junk that affected some DATA Statements of hex data. I repaired those, but lines that contain "X" in the data needs re-entry of data. Files that now appear to be ok are: OVERLAY1.BAS DRUM.BAS "SYNDRUM.BAS" BASS.BAS "BASYNTH.BAS" AUTORUN.SYS PULSE.ACT PALLET.BAS TAG.BAS EXCHANGE.BAS "CURRCAPE.BAS" BEEP.BAS "QUIET.BAS" SAM.BAS "SAMHANDL.BAS" SAM.ASM HITLER.BAS Files still with bad token data: ROBOT.BAS "ROBRAID.BAS" on line 10000 OVERLAY2.BAS from 230 to 260 KOOKY'S "QUEST.BAS" MENU.BAS NOTES.BAS "MUSFLASH.BAS" DOS.SYS
  16. Active_Computer_Enterprises_Leisureware_Jan_1985_Side_A.atr Files that are ok now on this disk are: (these just had 1 or 2 bad bytes/nibbles in the sector links) DOS.SYS AUTORUN.SYS TEXT.FNT ED.FNT SOON.ACE CLASS.ACE The other Basic programs have 1 to xx bad bytes in the code, so those need fixing. DOUBLE.BIN has bad sectors links from sector 369 and on. Most "Next Sector Links" are 1 to 2 sectors off. Next update will be Side B...
  17. I found 5-6 good files so far. I'll see about repairing the sector links and see how many parts are recoverable...
  18. Could you post ATR's of what you do have of this? Maybe it's hidden/deleted but recoverable?
  19. With the WiFi, you can have a portable file server. The watch has a touch screen, so one option is to remotely operate your Atari. The screen can show current status and debug info from the FujNet device. The GPS chip provides the current day/time and your location by Lat/Lon... And I'm sure a lot more things...
  20. Add me to the list for 2 more please
