No full moon in this part of the world for another couple of weeks. So what's causing the local standard of driving to go to more crap than usual, and why do cases of The Ass seem to be on an uptick around here?

  In the past 6 months or so, I've certainly noticed a lot more people driving without their lights on...HMMmmmm...I always flash my headlights and watch to see if they notice. (Or maybe I'm just noticing it more).

  My personal favourite: not knowing which way to move the turn signal stalk when making a turn. The number of cars I see where someone just doesn't know how to use their indicators properly is surprising.
