Gee, thanks Dollar General for putting out the Halloween candy and decor (spooky dog skeletons) 2 months early. I am already feeling old enough. The time is flying by.

  In the case of my local grocery store they put out unsold Halloween candy and fall decorations from the year before around late summer just to get rid of it, they hate it as much as you do. The only place I know of that does it maliciously is Walgreens.
