Wow, this is super rare and super expensive. Unfortunately no one here has enough money to buy it. You should sell it to happiestsellerever! on eBay. Just send him a message.
Only the Mattel gatefold and the Intellivision Inc. variation says "Made in Singapur". AFAIK there is no Mattel variation in a standard box that says "Made in Singapur".
I guess if you count all game variations (Asteroids has 66) then there might be 25,000 "games" for the Atari 2600.
But I even doubt that. There are only about 500 unique games, so each game would need to have 50 variations.
Stargate was released in 1984 and Jr. Pac-Man was also completed in 1984, but due to the crash and sale of Atari Inc. not released before 1986.
Same with Solaris (Last Starfighter), completed in 1984 but delayed until 1986.
Atari had many awesome games in the pipe for 1984.
There are games of which only a few copies have been found. Sometimes only 1 or 3 copies at all. Right now there are at least 3 PAL Survival Island and Sword of Saros for sale. I see a few for sale every year. They are probably an R8, but absolutely not R10.
Of course the buyer has to ask questions regarding item condition etc. before the purchase, but shipping is part of after sales and customer service. And a buyer can expect a response from the seller.
My experience with private sellers is much better than with the so called power sellers. I understand that a power seller gets a lot of messages, but if you don't reply to any messages don't expect me to read your automated message where you beg for 5 stars for the super-awesome customer service.
