I still don't have my 128-1 multi -cart issues worked out after the crash [ great support atarimax ], seems we have lots of A8 conversions in the hunt this season, and unable to upload them . They are just games... Not the first or the last to be lost. Early on, I ran some posts asking for offers on Atari 800, C64 etc, items as well...I too received mixed emails, however I accepted almost all offers as most of the items came in huge lots and often I didn't really care what I got after taking what I wanted out of those lots. I was happy to see guys getting what they wanted even if for resale , while offsetting some of my initial Atari investments. Personally I'd like to see a mandatory price placed on everything posted and made that known yesterday in a PM to the admins. This is the norm on just about every site , no matter the genre , and it alleviates this kind of back and forth. No beef here... Just wanted to complete my 7800 collection with the few games which this seller oddly enough had for me to do so.

Like everything vintage, It is only worth what one is willing to pay for it , and the markets are WAY down. I paid $250 for my sealed 2 port and $190 for my nos 4 port.... Then again I paid $250 for a used 4 port with almost every game. How bad do you want it ,is the question

RICKR , thanks for the offer, I may take you up on that once I decide whether I ditch this 128 and buy the SD or simply make do with got. I would like MULE and Bounty Bob on a multi cart so it seems the SD is the way to go. This all started after trying to load Atlantis and Demon Attack only to lose everything I had. A couple of the guys on the 5200 HSC were nice enough to link and load me up with game files, but for some reason we can only get one of the mass binary files to load , and that one is out of alphabetical order. We then tried to combine 2-3 sets of binary files with the entire 5200 library with protos, hacks, and also a bunch of conversions for 5200 , tossing out any of the duplicates and that wouldn't load either. tried them all separately and no go either. We've gone round and round checking this and that and there is no reason they should not load to the cart. My original disc had no drivers on it, we received a replacement disc, but no answers to any emails afterwards asking what other issue we might be having. Heck this isn't rocket science.

Ive been that route with no tech support as to why we are having problems with the current 128-1. I did buy the 5200 dedicated multicart in the marketplace, But I sure would like to be able to load games on to my 128-1 cart without losing them and starting over each time or getting error messages . I had planned on buying the new SD, but after the headaches with the 128 , not sure. I'd prefer to simply pay somebody to load the entire 5200 library, protos, & hacks. and then put as many conversions on as well.

I tried this on my multi cart , I could not complete the puzzle, no score whatsoever. I'll try it on my original cart before I smash the sh*t out, I mean give up and take 2 weeks off I still don't have my multi cart troubles squared away... Likely going to buy the new SD and see how that one accepts all the files I now have.
