    I dug out my old Atari VCS and noticed something strange on it. The back had a sticker covering three holes that look like holes for two controls and a power adaptor but no plugs. The underside has a hole for a channel select but there was no switch under it. The channel select was on top like other 4 switch boxes. Is this normal?

    True. You have to remove the Expansion Module #1 to play ColecoVision games. You could always rig a switch to reroute power.

    I'm looking for a way to track all the video games I have. I want to be able to track the quanity and condition of the games. What do you use to track your collection? Have you made a spreadsheet or do you use a special piece of software?

    It runs fine for me. Too fast to actually play well though.

    Space Jockey was one of those games as a kid I could close my eyes and still not get killed. Very repetitive but fun.

    If I were to pick up a 2600 machine off ebay, which would be the most reliable to work for years to come?

    Of course there was always Colecovision's picture of the game on the back of the box that had nothing to do with the real game. They never gave you a screen shot of the actual game or even in game reviews. It was always an enhansed prototype version so you never really knew what the real game was going to look like.

    Nice avatar! That looks like my Atari! and chomping Pac-Man! I liked it when I found it in the list of avatars. I have one of those chomping Pac-man sitting next to my computer. Thanks for making that picture!
