This is one of my favorite games, my gripe unfortunately is the same as with a lot of them, I feel like it's pushing me to just get into memorizing patterns. When you seem to do everything "just right" off the start of a level it's tough not to just do those exact same motions every time and if I give in and start looking for the patterns and doing it identically every time it's no fun

They are the worst.. I swear there is a little person controlling them somewhere giggling evilly at me and every time it's down to the wire they press a button so it disappears exactly before I get it

It might not be a great Intellivision game, but it's pretty good for a video pinball game.. for me, at least, it's actually fun to play, which is saying a lot for video pinball.. Compared to what Atari had it's a masterpiece.. I mean it you have a separate button for each side of the flippers! Brilliant! .. I don't think the Atari ones even had more than 1 screen either.. NES pinball is slow awkward to me and feels like you can't see enough at once and just not fun

That spot isn't so bad.. You could get tilt but you can recover.. This one is completely immune to tilt and killed my whole game!

Nah sounds legit, I distinctly recall walking along on the beach and being accosted by some guy with a crazy sounding rant asking me to invest in his upcoming console business and how he had no competition and already had a slew of investors.

not that I'm a lawyer, but in US and canada it seems from what I can find you can be convicted for "minor embellishments" if it can be shown they were intended to deceive and they created actual harm. if convicted the seriousness of the penalty could be slap on the wrist stuff and would depend on how much harm was caused, and regular stuff like whether it's your first offence and not how "minor" the "embellishment" was. If your minor embellishments were intentional and the deception got a lot of money from people and it can be proven it, you can get in serious trouble for it. It's serious like stealing is serious, you can steal a pack of gum or a car, but the seriousness of the penalty of misrepresenting the truth in business depends on the harm caused by your misrepresentation (and regular stuff like 1rst offence etc) rather than how far from the truth your deception was

Thinking that the system will use the URL provided on the keycards would be a presumption rather than an assumption, since it has base reasoning but not hard proof .. Thinking that something Tommy said should be reported in a way implying it deserves benefit of the doubt would be an assumption, since he's an ass. Why? What difference does it make if they are scratched?
