Hi there, I'm the developer of this recently released port. Currently it runs on Android, iOS, and WebOS, with other platforms possible in the future. It consists of a modified Stella emulation core with a new frontend written by me. You can find the source code to it and my other apps on my development page. I'm also interested in submitting some patches upstream to improve Stella's portability and make it easier to use the core functions without SDL present.
