I prefer not to see the political views of fellow AAers. It only leads to profound disappointment.

I'm always impressed by how varied it is. It's why I now miss the old version of the political board.

I'm all for gossip and speculation, but for me, at the end of the day WRT Star Trek, maybe politics ruins my sci-fi, or maybe they just weave it into the storyline to explain the characters' motivations...Maybe something in between. I won't be persuaded by an article or the internet, to form an opinion before I've even seen it. Time will tell.
