I am pretty sure the cardboard used was thinner, more like the later Atari style... almost all of my European versions show more wear that the NA counterparts I check the Euro eBay sites often, I still need Shark! Shark! I am just biding my time, and saving for all of the new releases!

I have been collecting "hardcore?" since about 99/00ish, I missed on the Activision releases too.., but I was fortunate enough to have the means to get the just about any other release that has been available that I wanted. As for Rev's question about a surge or who has left vs newcomers... There are lots of new faces around here and other forums but really have they just been lurking like I did for years before chiming in??? Hard to count those, its really hard to tell but I would think Willy, Joe or Dave would have those answers, with sales numbers... I would NOT use ebay as an example... even thought the prices have skyrocketed on many Inty items, the consoles and commons have risen only slightly... As for hard feelings over how Dave is selling the remainder of his inventory, it's his... he can do what he wants, folks will line up to buy the next round because of supply and demand... he produces what we want... more games I know I want more... just my .02 cents OT71

Picture quality was excellent, no ghosting for me, I do have a slight issue where the console fires up to a black and white picture, only occasionally though, that's one of the "tweaks" I was speaking of.. If you have any skill with a soldering iron, and a basic electrical understanding this pre-made mod is the way to go I'll keep that in mind
