  1. Love the photos...

Not sure about the 4th photo.... I know you said it was a "murder, sucide" .. but come on.... looks a bit like the brown bear "distracting" the light bear by some sort of.... sexual assult... I mean not that my mind is always in the gutter... But I say he's goosing the other one... ;)

honestly.. love the photos.. Good to see that in the maddness of life ... there are moments that we pause and enjoy!

now you need CUSHIONS for them!!

    SI

Nah he was pulling his hand away after planting the other gun.. But who knows, maybe he read the article about those guys who dug up some woman's grave.

  2. I didn't film it, but there is a games demo mode that it switches into if you leave it unattended. You can actually start the displayed game if you wish, although there is no sound. I'm guessing they lower the sound volume when in demo mode?

Also I didn't notice it till I watched the video, but that Asteroids overlay really sticks out! Almost looks 3 dimensional.

  3. No there is no power save mode. The monitor goes into power save when the system is powered down. I'm still toying around with suggestions to offer in regards to this. It'd be kinda nice to have something where there is no startup time involved.

I'm probably the last person to ask about ambient fan noise since my hearing isn't the greatest (I have trouble hearing high frequencies). I only notice it if I have the back open.

I just asked my wife if she can hear it she said no. So it is there, but very low and only noticeable if the back access panel is open. Nothing like an Xbox or Xbox 360.

  4. Just a quick note.

Alot of christians tend to forget about the love, mercy, and grace that allowed them to be saved in the 1st place.

An extension on that. For some people it is painful cause it reminds them of themselves and they strike out at it.

To a lesser extent, some are concerned about lack of godliness bringing down our nation. But then it's hard to say just how much because the new testament changed things so drastically that people tend to get stuck in "old testament" mode.

Regardless they get hung up on these nitpicks and forget where they came from and what brought them to where they are now.

Cant argue with you there though. Alot of Christians really are the reason so many people are turned off to religion. So the question you should ask yourself is if christians were more compasionate would it make a difference in how non-christians react/think of them.

My guess would be most likely not in large numbers. After all only those interested in listening will hear. Regardless it is inexcusable for either side to act that way, but unfortunately that is the way of the world and human nature.
