  1. Lynx for Blue Lightning, Klax, and I hear Alien vs Predator is good

AvP was never released on the lynx

i can recommend the lynx and the jaguar, i dont want to miss any of these two. at this time i play iron soldier on the jaguar and rampart on the lynx, both are really great games i spent hours and hours with.

  2. i love bubble bobble!

the best way to get the original bubble feeling is imo to play the original. i know, a arcade cabinet is expensive, needs much space and maintenance needs a lot of skill. but you don't need a cabinet. last year i build me an mak, or supergun, to play original arcade pcbs on my tv. it works fine and bub n bob are rocking my tv. emulation isn't the same in my eyes.

building an mak is really simple, you need some cables and a power supply. if you dont want to build one buy one. it's worth the money!

  3. Hello!

Seems that you are running it over the RF-cable only, right?

Try a connection via the video-port if possible and let us know,

because i suspect that your TV-set is just not able to handle

the sound-frequenzy of the british PAL-signal. Although

both we use to call the system just "PAL", it has to be called

B-PAL or G-PAL (british or german?), the picture-part is the same,

but the sound frequenzies are different.

yes, i use the rf-cable only. i didn't know that something like b-pal and g-pal exist. that didn't sounds good to me, so it may be i will never hear a roar out of my jaguar?

do you mean the av port of the jaguar, i have never seen a connection like this before. do i need a special cable or is it available in a normal elektronik store.

  4. hi there,

i have a big problem with my new jaguar. the machine plays no sound!

it's a uk jaguar, so i have to play it with a universal ac-adapter because the original uk ac adapter don't fit with our wall socket here in germany. the jaguar was originaly sealed, so i don't think its broken.

i have only one game to test, iron soldier. but this game is in good contition too, i don't think the game causes the problem.

has anyone here an idea what the reason for the sound problem may be?

i think it's improbable, but may it be that i have to use the originaly ac adapter?

    thanks for any answer!

    greets
