Who here is from the UK and has a lynx?

Ive got 2 PS2's. AN original one that I paid £350 for, the day it was released, and a brand new shiny silver one. The old one is a little noisy, but still works 100% OK. I just need to remeber to hoover the rear.

For us to plug in our comlynx cables into an adsl/broadband adaptor and have online-multiplayer games around the world with fellow lynx'ers

Can anyone make this simple game for the lynx? I have it as a java game on my cellphone. Just wondering how much better the lynx could make it?

I remeber 2 different D-pad's on the lynx 1. The first was as pictured above with just the + the other had a black plastic surround

It' s been a while since I played starwing, but I remeber a very similar cheat where there is a small asteriod with a smiley face & you crash into this one & it warps u somewhere (cant remeber exactly, but it didn't have the stuff u mentioned) Maybe to the end of the level. I think it was a well known cheat

I feel the same way to. I bouth a lynx 1 when it first came out inthe U for £130. I still have the box but the lynx is long gone. About 5 years ago I bought a new lynx 2 and have been collection for it ever since. My jaguar is sat in my loft as I only have 2 games for it - kasumin ninja (which is terrible) and baldies on CD (which I can't play as I dont have the cd add-on yet). The Jag will be staying put and not resting alongside my other consoles in my games room, it's just not good enough (yet)

There was a really simple game where you're just a smiley face chasing after other smiley faces in a maze, but it was multi-computer. Each person had his own view, and it was the simplest imaginable game. It was so much fun, though. We played it for hours and hours. Sounds cool Personally, I doubt PSP will have a phone built in. Why? Because of sonyericsson. As stated in the interview the PSP already has different connection methods, including wireless options. They will probably make it very easy to configure though, or even bring out an add on.

The GBA now has a movie player, so it must have a fair wack to run these?

I'm not to technical, but why do that when the cellphone I have, can run old ST games like leisure suit larry? Surely a GBA has more processing power than my mobile phone?

If it isn't broke, don't fix it. I feel there is nothing at all wrong with the current rank & post counter system. Thats a standard feature of the phpbb board, though it can be customised. I would understand the reason itchy fingers and giving the board a new look. I suggest load some more stlyes, like this one

I recently bought a sealed, big boxed, flat cart - gates of zendecon - phew. I had to open it as I hadn't got it I have thought about buying games and not opening them, but I'm not rich enough to do that, plus games were meant to be played. I would never open it though if I knew it would be worth loads more in the future. Oh plus I just got a brand new sealed Dracula & missle command, both I opened and I can get more.

Well I have old sierra atari ST games in full, that run on my series 60 nokia 6600. Plus I have a gameboy, snes, and mega drive/genesis roms on my mmc card with emulaotrs, that all run on this failry low powered device. I even asked the company that make the gameboy emulator to do an atari lynx one, but they grumbled something about copyright.

I always end up dying by running out of time
