I use it for just about everything except heavy 3D modeling and heavy video editing. It's fine for light duty work but if things get heavy I switch over to my Intel iMac. It's good for light duty web browsing too. I don't have Flash installed but it's probably not good for YouTube or anything. Not sure about Java. CSS and Javascript seem to work pretty good, though. There are a few quirks but it's a work in progress. There's a guy updating browsers for older machines. ...

My demand to lawmakers: drop the SOPA!

doesn't understand the point of "PM sent" posts.

It's so everyone else reading the thread knows you've sent a PM to buy something. It's territorial -- the person who posts it is hoping that both A: another buyer will see it and decline to offer until the PM is sorted out, and B: the seller will see your "PM SENT" post first and give you priority on the sale.

Just bought the new Wii Zelda, a red 3DS, and Super Mario 3D Land. Guess what I'm doing. That's right, working on Boulder Dash labels!

@jay, Higgs bosom = God boobs? @Chuck, it's really simple. Everything in an atom is made from light. Some particle, in theory, makes the light in to solid matter. They want to know why we, and everything in our reality is solid with mass. I for one think it is simply a matter of perspective. Maybe they will find it. If they don't, maybe the tree doesn't make a sound if no one is there to hear it.

Bitten by the stella programming bug again. Is there help for me?

(That's probably not the kind of help you meant, though.)

In Windows, why is there an undoable key combo to permanently delete a file? And why is it mapped to the Mac equivalent of duplicating a file?

I feel terrible. I bought Call of Duty for PS2 for $4 and the publishers will never see a penny from it.

Does anyone else feel the need to chuckle when I say the name of my good friend...Biggus Nosus?
