  1. I still remember buying the system new in 1990. Altered Beast box. You were forced to buy the extra controller since Sega only included one. Come on, Atari put two in the box and so did Nintendo. Went through quite a few controllers playing Altered Beast, Golden Axe, Revenge of Shinobi, Streets of Rage and Super Hang-On. Eventually the controllers seemed to get better or else I could not afford to keep replacing them. Old age and I am having a hard time trying to remember which it was
  2. Have always enjoyed Championship Tennis. Nice to see another tennis game
  3. My kids enjoy Frogger and Pac-Man. The surprise is they always end up playing Snafu. Not sure what it is about that game. Simple, but fun!
  4. Those are both very nice! I grew up with Odyssey 2 so seeing those pictures are like the Holy Grail of gaming for me. I know Ft. Wayne, Indiana very well. Always thought that Magnavox plant made televisions. Cool to know they made the original Odyssey.
  5. Do you ever miss putting a game cart in or looking at the labels? Do you find yourself want to collect anymore after owing one for a particular system? Thanks!
  6. Thought Best Buy was having financial troubles? They may want to sell it to keep the lights on!
  7. Really Nice Collection! Nintendo boxes seem to always have the best artwork.
  8. Real close with the 32X. Spiderman is hard to justify spending so much to just sit on a shelf.
  9. I got my Vic-20 new. I did not know about all the multi-carts. They sound impressive. One thing has always made me question. Was the Cardaptor ever released for the Vic-20? Always thought it would be cool to play 2600 games on the Vic!
  10. Really impressive! I like the 3DO games. I have Panzer General for the Playstation. I have a few boxed 3DO games and some loose discs. Never encountered any good deals like yours. Thanks for posting the pics!
  11. These new 2600 games have sure been impressive. I grew up on the original Space Invaders. Like Pac-Man I will play it on any system. Thanks again!
  12. I'm also glad the Action Max and 3DO were not slammed. I had a CD-i years ago. Not a bad machine. It has a good early version of Axis and Allies. Just did not play it much. Decided I had too many consoles and chose to sell it.
  13. Thanks for sharing! Looks like a really good effort so far to make a good game.
  14. Those are all really cool! I have one close to the Tomy model. Played it all the time. I collect Coleco tabletop arcades also. A few years ago I picked up a Family Guy Pinball. Complete with Stewie insults.
  15. At least the list of games is short. Slam City has not aged very well. There are two WWF games if you enjoy wrestling. Pitfall is the same as the Jaguar version. There is one Star Trek game. brutal is an enhanced version of the Sega CD. Sounds like you have a good start so far. Enjoy!
  16. Reminds me of when the 7800 was new on store shelves.
  17. I finally found the limited edition Hostess Atari 2600! Atari 2600 in Hostess theme color with Twinkie and Watch. Merry Christmas Everyone!!!!
  18. Big fan of the Genesis game Mutant League Football. Finally curious to try to track down the cards that came in GamePro Magazine. The ones I have are from the June 1993 issue. It says collect all 24. So I have half. I was trying searches and came up empty. Curious if anyone knew where to search? Anyone know if they were made for the other Genesis game Mutant League Hockey? Thanks!
