On Saturn? Pop back cover off, pop battery out, pop new one in. The small space may be hard to work in if you have big hands but it's far easier than replacing one in a DC or Gamecube.
I was being facetious.

Hey Eastbayarb, RGBGamer, Mario64 or whatever you're calling yourself this week.
Please don't bring NG.com into this.
You STILL haven't answered their question of WHY you have used 4 different usernames on different forums.
Don't look at AA and think you can get away with your scamming bullshit.

The best Saturn to buy is any you can get your hands on.
I usually buy my gaming systems modded, so when I picked up a Sega Saturn, I got a modded one so that I could play the American and foreign releases. To me, it is well worth the extra money so that I don't have to worry about memory issues...
How difficult is it for you to change a battery?

Hi. Total newb here with no idea where to put this. I have a working Vectrex console (with a box, but no packing material) and several cartridges with manuals and overlays but no boxes (Web Wars, Cosmic Chasm, Spike, Blitz, Star Trek, Star Castle, Starhawk,Clean Sweep,Scramble,Space Wars). Any thoughts on worth and best place to sell them? Should I be selling them as a group or individually? I was looking at selling to Lukie games - anybody have experience selling to them? Thanks in advance!
Good, a new member.
Sounds like they'll be making a B-Line for the Marketplace.
goooooOOOOOOO SCAMMERS!

The manual, etc was all written by myself and one other guy that worked at Nexoft at the time. We didn't have the internets then so it was completely just us looking at the Japanese game and coming up with a "story" for the US version! lol
I would read that manual cover to cover whenever I rented that game as a kid.
Any other stories from that time? You would have a captivated audience in me if you decided to spill beans. I'm a huge fan of all that behind-the-scenes type stuff.

Not sure if I agree about Urban Champion being good
Bite your tounge.

Thanks for that.
As an aside, Xevious Ressurection on the Namco Collection for PS3 is all kinds of awesome

Started Batman: Arkham Origins.
AC was fantastic, and altho I SHOULD try to 100% that game (im currently sitting at 70%), I wanted to at least start AO, seeing as how Ive owned it for months and still haven't touched it.

I was ready to trash you for having anything to do with this awful game, but looking at the list of games you've been involved with in some form or another, I saw Vice and GunNac for the NES, which are two of my favorites.
So... Good job.
I do NOT like Dave Perry, though.

Do you have an actual cart to test it with? Or at least a rom on the everdrive that has a "stereo" option (look in the options menu of the game). Its possible that test rom may not work.

lol people still read magazines

I am ROCK HARD right now.

Its great that you can do this.
I wish this was real, and instead of eating ghosts, you would be getting rid of the homeless and the heroin addicts that prowl the streets

MKII for the Genesis plays faster than the SNES version, at the loss of color, sounds, animation frames in win poses, etc. the 32x version is the closest youre going to get to the arcade version. the music in both versions, however is amazeballs if you prefer genesis music to SNES music.
Street Fighter II is very playable on the genesis. it looks and sounds better on the SNES by leaps and bounds, but playability-wise the two are on even ground.
ESWAT is a great arcade port, but sega changed a lot bringing it home, almost making an entirely different game. The did the same with Shadow Dancer, and Treco gave the same treatment to Atomic Robo-Kid (which is a great platformer itself.)
A lot of the Namco ports were great. I LOVE Burning Force and Phelios on the Genesis.
Pick up Grind Stormer/V-Five if you can. AWESOME vertical shooter that lets you change the play mechanics from the option menu.
The superscaler ports (AFII, OR, etc) leave a LOT to be desired. Theyre too slow/choppy for me to get a lot of enjoyment out of them. The old girl just couldn't keep up with the speed those games needed. get the 32x version of AFII NOW.

Gekioh/Shienryu is basically a remake of the arcade game Daioh.

I liked that every time I went into an arcade there was always something new.
Buy arcade cabinets. Were all at a point in our lives where we've earned the right to own at least 1.

Buy a model 3 Genesis. It takes carts and its more or less an official system.

Is there a way to add something to the original 3DO to make it M2?
Yeah, take a nice runny sh*t on top of that awful system.
For all the hype they gave that thing, all the public got was blurry screenshots and video of a much-different D2 and the ugly IMSA Racing.
What a piece of garbage.

The 32-bit systems are the last systems that can be considered "retro".
That term is irrelevant when it concerns anything post-32-bit.
