  1. I hope I can still rely on Canada Post.

Why wouldn't you be able to?

They're currently in a labour dispute, though they agreed to a 30-day extension this week.

I was ordering some games from this woman in Toronto. When she discovered I sent the wrong kind of money order and promptly sent it back. That was 3 months ago and I have yet to receive it

  2. True. I actually check the status regularly to be sure I'm home on the date it's scheduled to arrive anyhow.
  3. Thank you for switching to regular 1st class / international mail. It's unnecessarily expensive to ship Priority / Expedited and I don't need anything to arrive a couple days earlier.
  4. In that case, maybe I'll go with an 130XE and eventually, I'll get an 800XL for my computer desk. Thanks again for the info!
  5. So, if the RAM 320XE/576 upgrades 800XE to 576kB, the only downside to an 800XE is no s-video. I can live with that! Thank you, Philsan and Nebulon!
  6. Would the RAM 320XE/576 upgrade both 800XE and 130XE to 576kB? Would you say that 800XL is the most durable?
  7. Just one more thing. Which computer of 800XL, 130XE and XEGS is the most durable? Are any of them cheaply made?
  8. Would the incompatible games work fine on a flash cart?
  9. I have Pac-Man and River Raid but nothing to play them on. Build quality and picture quality are important but not if a good chunk of game compatibility is sacrificed, as I may buy more games. From the reviews I've seen, 800XL, 130XE or XEGS is the way to go. What's the game compatibility like on these three?
  10. Darn! Wish I saw this sooner. I'd have snapped up a copy of Ms. Pac-Man in a heartbeat! I'm always a day late and a dollar short... or in this case, 37 days late! lol
  11. I'd love to see a homebrew of Lee Carvallo's Putting Challenge with scoring pencil.

I think that was just a title screen hack, though.

  12. I don't believe it! I'm a BILLYonaire!

Not quite, you will be splitting the pot with two other people and paying some taxes. ;)

  13. Funny when games are suddenly unavailable a day before an auction is to end and nobody has bid.

Sellers can end them early with bids in place because the item(s) are unavailable and can still relist them.

  14. Well deserved. It's always a pleasure dealing with you. Now, you need your own game! Oops! Looks like iceman has that covered!
  15. Too bad the expo wasn't in Canada or I'd have ordered one. I look forward to when you open orders to everyone.
  16. I love the convenience and the fact that I can keep my sealed copies sealed. Plus, you can put homebrews on them.
  17. I've ordered a Harmony cart and I didn't think of that. Duh! lol Thanks!
  18. Is this the thread where orders will be taken?
  19. I'm happy to have found my Nintendo Challenge 1990 button from Canada's Wonderland.

  20. If I understand correctly, rga321 paid but was not added to the list.
  21. Mine is actually yet to be shipped. I was just erring on the side of caution because customs is such a hassle. Thanks for confirming they're being tested first. I appreciate it. See my comment above and think before you make dumb incorrect assumptions.
  22. Wold you please test them out before shipping? International charges are brutal.
  23. Stress level: Significantly lower
