There should be a "build.bat" file in the "\Generator" subdir of RastaConverter. Copy all output*.* files to that subdirectory and execute the build.bat. It will compile your picture into output.xex. I can't remember whether the compiler itself is included into the RC.zip.
I merged the picture with my game by simply including the "no_name.asq" file into the source and tweaking it a bit in order to not quit to DOS on keypress but to start the game.
Hi,
Take a look here:

This is my trial on writing Atari Basic Compiler. The archive contains some BASIC listings ready to type-in, including the simple game (Dziura-Defense).
Hello Bunsen,
Well, after all I can "csave" all these games manually
And, when my "game" is considered, full consent is given to reproduce the listing, resell, or anything
Well, guys.
Most of these games cannot be typed-in. The program lines are longer beyond the capabilities of Basic interpreter
So... I still prefer the tape distribution
Hello,
I recompiled cas2wav for Win7 once. It's available here: http://atarionline.pl/forum/?PostBackAction=Download&AttachmentID=3397

wav2cas is also available there.
Hello All,
This is my first post here, so... hello again
Anyway, I think I found a glitch in this nice game. Once I load it from MyDOS on real hardware I see some strange artifacts moving along with the "cursor". Please refer to the attached image.
