Having played both extensively this week, the Sega kid in me is pained to admit it but... Super Castlevania IV is a better game than Castlevania: Bloodlines, if only because Super Castlevania IV gives you unlimited continues and Bloodlines only gives you two. The lack of continues makes an otherwise awesome game really frustrating at times.

  I never really liked that era of Castlevania, but if I had to Bloodlines is the only decent game.

I wonder how they expected people to beat one stage of Mega Man, let alone the whole game. If I was a game tester, I would say "Make the game possible to beat at least one stage on!"
