Lower back pain for over a month now, not getting better on its own. Like a knife in my lumbar region. Walking around hunched over at times like a cliche old man! Not sure how this happened but the sedentary stay at home lifestyle, and sitting for a living at work, probably the reasons. Looks like i need to get physical therapy in the middle of this pandemic.

  I know the feeling, my lumber is still painful after months off work. Was a work injury and was a struggle even getting out of bed. Had the cortisone injection which made a huge difference. Still hurts though
