  1. To those who are interested ..found it out! 😃
    I've two Logitech Wingman Extreme Analog, made in Taiwan and made in the USA.
    The cable colors and their button assignments of both are identical.
    The wiring harness from the handle has the following button assignment:

    Grey = Button 1
    Orange = Button 2
    Purple = Button 3
    Red = Button 4
    Yellow = GND

    Easy modification, great fun.
    'Tailgunner', 'Starhawk' or 'Star Wars' f.e. plays fantastic with this joystick.

    The dot (or notch, if the chip has one) is always on the side with pin 1. The printing on the chip case can be in whatever direction the factory made them. I have some one way, some the other. But the dot or notch is always on the side with pin 1 no matter how the part number is written.

    I already thought so, but I'd better ask again than damage something. thanks. :)

  3. It ought to work fine with that controller. I'll probably add in spinner support in a future update.

    That would be awesome ;-)

    HEX, another hombrew game, works fine with the Atari Driving Controller (not the Paddles).

    I tested it on Original Hardware and Richard Hutchinson´s VecMulti.
