    My laptop hard drive bit the dust! Augh! Any ideas for replacements?

      Solid State Drive if you don't need a ton of storage space. I kept having my regular HDDs die on me and I just got tired of it. I deleted everything I didn't need, and went SSD and have never wanted to go back. Quick boot times, fast load times of programs, and it's extremely stable. Highly recommended. Go with either Samsung or Western Digital.
