Owen... Greg....

Per your request, here is an updated look at my game room. I probably should have gotten out my real camera instead of my phone so I'm sorry in advance for the shaky images.
That's a 75" 4K TV hooked up to 5.1 surround and 36" Sony Trinitron simultaneously
and NES/SNES/Dreamcast/VCR/Saturn/Sega CD+Genesis/Master System/N64/PS3/PS4/Wii/PS TV(Vita)
I realize my cord management needs some wrangling, so sorry for that. I'll get to it at some point, was just a mess getting everything hooked up so I never have to unplug anything. Everything is hooked up with aftermarket component cables (or HDMI with HDCP 2.2) where available. The NES and N64 cannot natively output RGB sadly.
And for the main event. The TI has mostly remained unchanged since my last post except it now has a custom built white oak desk and some boxes surrounding it. I still need to get a copy of FinalGROM 99....
Some of the highlights:
CorComp Triple Tech Card
3 Cart Widget
Horizon RAM Disk
5.25" Full Height OG Single Side SD Floppy Drive (old school)
3.5" 720K external floppy
Wired Internet Connection via RS232
F18A Installed (the only mod ive ever done to anything)
Of course I have tons of stuff in my closet sadly like External 5.25" TI drive, Corcomp RS232, multiple TI tape players, tons of floppies, manuals, books, etc etc etc.
Some day when I am feeling ambitious I'll try to pull it all out and upload the pictures
As you can see I have several TIs and so at some point I would like to hook another one up to the 'big tv'

Too late for me to order a copy?

I remember some very adult themed door games when I was younger. If you connect to the right BBS I'm sure some are still out there

Speculation? Rarity? Anything? I feel like I have seen these before, but I can't remember if they are on par with a Super Space II for rarity ..... Appreciate any insight !

Friend found one of these carts from Navarrone in a thrift shop. Any idea of value?

I had a TI as a child, so when I got back into it a few years ago I wanted the authentic feel from the 80s. The only way I would skip using my PBox would be if I wanted to hook up my sidecar units. I want to run programs off old diskettes, that is part of the fun for me personally, but I know everyone is different.

Any update on the testing? No rush, just don't want to leave you hanging on my end.

Mitkraft -- just to clarify: that foam is permanently attached to the printer? Also you do not believe the printer is functional?
-
Also.... Could I just plug in another rs232 card? I have a TI one hooked up now, but I think I have a spare CorComp branded one I picked up at the TI Faire last year.
-
the printer is either centronics parallel or rs232
your corcomp card works with a parallel printer heres the manual http://ftp.whtech.com/datasheets%20and%20manuals/Hardware/CorComp/triple%20tech%20manual.pdf page 3 has the details.
one ribbon cable goes from the card to a rs232/parallel card the other to the printer and needs one of these cables to hook to a printer that supports it

Greg
Greg you are the man, much appreciated!
Right now I have a lantronix hooked up to my rs232, but I think the serial connection has two ports. Do I need one of those Y splitters then for my rs232 card?

My zip is 55901 -- would you be able to use an online shippint calculator to give me a quote please?

I have a CorComp triple tech card which I believe has a 64K print buffer. Could I connect this printer directly?
-
Does it work? If so I'll take it?
-
Thanks guys! Looks like there is a reference section in the back to get the programs to work with the TI. Much appreciated!

Hi--
Anyone ever heard of these? I was thinking of picking a few up, but apparently not every book is compatible with the TI. Anyone know which books are by chance?
-
Welcome! ...I think many of us have similar stories of loving the TI when we were younger and then getting that interest re-kindled. Regardless, even if the stories aren't the same this is a awesome group of people who are really the foremost experts at the TI and at being super cool

Nice price! I think I paid close to double that for mine. Great find for someone who needs this card.
-
Hey Art. I have this card also, but never put a LED on it. I know Omega has one too so maybe he will chime in...
BOOT keeps time on my card as far as I can remember, but I thought I used setclock command line to do it? Your batteries are good? I'm at the cabin right now so I can't double check my system so maybe someone else will chime in.

I use disks (3.5 and 5.25) flashrom99, and a ramdisk. I really need to get a tape player! ....also didn't Richard post something on his BBS about doing a run of HD controller cards?
