I have a CorComp triple tech card which I believe has a 64K print buffer. Could I connect this printer directly? -

Does it work? If so I'll take it? -
Thanks guys! Looks like there is a reference section in the back to get the programs to work with the TI. Much appreciated!

Hi-- Anyone ever heard of these? I was thinking of picking a few up, but apparently not every book is compatible with the TI. Anyone know which books are by chance? https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Micro_Adventure

Nice price! I think I paid close to double that for mine. Great find for someone who needs this card. -

Hey Art. I have this card also, but never put a LED on it. I know Omega has one too so maybe he will chime in... BOOT keeps time on my card as far as I can remember, but I thought I used setclock command line to do it? Your batteries are good? I'm at the cabin right now so I can't double check my system so maybe someone else will chime in. -
I use disks (3.5 and 5.25) flashrom99, and a ramdisk. I really need to get a tape player! ....also didn't Richard post something on his BBS about doing a run of HD controller cards?

Dungeons of Asgard - game under development

Just downloaded the new version! ...looks like if I load my char from the old version it actually loads!.... but it takes a LONG TIME and then it takes FOREVER to move to I am assuming these two version aren't compatible. It's actually pretty amazing that it even loads, just thought I would try it out for giggles. Let the new adventure set forth in version 0.2.0!! -

lol im dumb, I tried to stick the .bin version on my flashrom .. even though you mentioned above what it was. Finally when I looked at the file size, I knew I had to bust out the diskettes. TIMXT + Terminal Program on PC .... I have tons of OEM 3.5" floppies just waiting for something like this It's always fun firing up the disk drives! EDIT: Worked like a charm -- awesome and thank you for the fun! When I transferred this to disk (I only have 180K to play with on diskettes as I have the standard TI controller unmodded), I noticed it only took up 87 of the 718 sectors I had initialized on a new disk. Any chance the expanded version would fit on a disk? I have another 631 to play with Also ... I do have a horizon RAMdisk if more space is needed! Or is there someway I can 'unpack' that F18A .bin file and run it off a disk or ramdisk?

Dungeons of Asgard - game under development

Only level 12. -disclaimer- this stuff might be intentional or already known I like the game speed! Don't slow it down:) Very few enemies "follow" me, not sure if this is based on my level or what, have only been down to depth 5. Example some Ghost will follow me, some wont. Using D to drop items I dropped my entire full inventory in 2 button pushes. Not sure what happened ? Saving, only saves char not gold, items etc. LOVE that when you find the stairs you can just keep going up, otherwise I'd never be able to save. Maybe add different colored map pixel for stairs? I think somehow I got disarmed or lost weapon? I was going up a bunch of stairs and then couldn't win a fight and finally found my weapon in my inventory. The mystery is killing me! Not literally but I cannot figure out what to do at that icon That's all I have for now. Hopefully some of that is helpful! None is critical, the demo is amazing and thank you for making this it is so awesome!!!! -
+1 if there is a preorder list please add me to it

Hi Rasmus, Game looks awesome. I just downloaded this, but I cannot move UP on the joystick. I tried the original TI sticks and some Atarti and third party sticks with a converter. I also tried both versions of the game uploaded here, both of the .bin flashrom 99 versions. I still cannot move UP. Any ideas what would cause this? -

TI-99 Photos Thread! Post your systems here!

Hi Kev, Yea I have been away for a while sadly. Three kids, four years old and younger, wife in her masters program (final year), I just graduated from college (went back for career change) and started work a new job at IBM after 10 years working for a different company in a different field. All that together has sadly kept me away from my TI quite a bit, though the kids still LOVE playing early learning fun and matching shapes and numbers, etc. It's amazing how they can love a tablet computer and a 35 year old computer at the same time! ..anyway, I do have a couple of changes here. Mainly the big change here is that I finally got a flash cart and 3D printed case. Thank you to the Ralph (I think?) and Ciero? for the case. I do apologize if I ruined your names, but you guys are awesome. Specs on the system are: 180K 3.5" drive 1 MEG SAMS Card (Thanks Jim!) CorComp Triple Tech Card with Speech Synth (I think you and I Kev might be some of few left running these bad boys) 256K Horizon RAMDisk Card (The guy sent me the chips to update it to 1MEG, but I would need help of course... maybe I could convince Fritz to help me?? ) 25" monitor with speaker below (who cares right) SSSD Original Classic 5.25" Floppy Drive (Yes, I need my DSK1 to play some Legends!) RS232 Card (connect to telnet/internet -- thanks Chris for the pinouts!!) Standard TI Disk Controller (I need to add a 3rd disk... I'll get to that in a minute) TI PEB Firehose cable card F18A (only mod I've ever done in my life! thing is amazing) Below here is the stuff I picked up at the TI Faire 2016! I cannot remember your name but you gave me an amazing deal! Also two mint boxes for the classic and Quality models! ...sadly I do not think the disk drive or disk controller work. The controller is rusty (I need to disassemble and clean it and then test) and the disk drive the LED light is clearly broken off because it just wobbles around when you touch it, maybe it is all disconnected inside? Regardless sadly I haven't even had time to test this stuff. It is my hope someday that someone could help me fix them so I can get them operational again! (Fritz fixed my sidecard 32K, all I had to pay was for shipping and chips!! THANKS AGAIN MAN - YOU ROCK!) Anyway, I hope this is enough of a little update for now. Sorry I haven't been around much this past year. You guys are all amazing, keep working on those awesome projects because once I get some of my time back I WANT THEM ALL! -
