  1. I'll be stopping in the morning. Looking forward to meeting everyone!
  2. Sounds good. I sent Ralph a PM too, so maybe he can hook me up. I also ordered a shell from eBay
  3. Sooo... I have TERRIBLE luck. Is there a way to just buy one of these instead of entering a raffle?
  4. Awesome -- Thank you! P.S. If you tell me how to edit which files, I am happy to do it myself
  5. If you could modify this to work on DSK5 that would be awesome! Then I can utilize my ramdisk speed
  6. Hi Everyone. I've been away for a while. Is there a link or quick hit list of 'killer apps' or basically anything I can run using my SAMS card? Right now it is basically running as a 32K for most intents and purposes. I'd love to see the full potential of this baby! Anyone can link me? (thanks in advance)
  7. Dumb question: Can I run this game from DSK2 or even DSK5? ....my DSK1 is pretty full, but my RAMDISK and 3.5" drive have some space left to play with EDIT: I should explain I cannot get Legends to run from anything but DSK1, also my LOAD file that runs BOOT off DSK2, blah blah is on that... Basically what I am saying is it would be a pain to swap out DSK1, would much rather just load this game on another DSK and add it to my BOOT menu
  8. I'm in. In general I hate raffles because I have terrible luck, but what the heck.
  9. So when I updated my version of TIMXT to be compatible with Stuarts IB it changed the way that I "dial" an IP address. Previously I just entered ATZ, then atdt255.1.1.1,23 (insert IP,port). With the new version of TIMXT I was using the macros to dial out the same way, but it looked like this: C255.1.1.1,23 My question is previously I could manually type in any IP address I wanted, but now my keyboard appears to do nothing so I am limited to only the two BBSes in the macros. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance for any help.
  10. Arg I can't right now. Got the 3 kids (4, 2, 11months)... Gotta monitor them pretty close because they are so young. Just replying from my phone. This weekend I should be available though!
  11. I missed this is there a chat planned for this coming weekend?
  12. All is well so far. A little slow but that could definitely be my IC. I will continue to monkey around with this new awesome piece of hardware.
  13. So... Has anyone tested this with TIMXT or Stuarts IB? I am freezing my machine. It isn't locking up but with the BBS it loads about half the login page and stops. With SIB I'm having to reload pages and eventually nothing will load. Not sure if the ram expansion card is correlated, I'll try resetting my crappy cable modem and try again.
  14. Serial # 0005 arrived today. The red light is already blinking away -- Jim you are the MAN! Now.. what would a post be form me without a dumb question or two: 1.) I noticed two jumpers (J1 and J2) which each have three pins. These seem to be jumpered on the 512K side. Do I want to move this to 2048 side on one or both or? 2.) Any recommendations on awesome stuff to do???
  15. Brilliant! ...I thought about adding screen shots, but screw it. All three webpages on the FAVS file loaded fine! It makes so much sense when you look at the settings. 32K? full and bogged down? Maybe lets increment this? Man that is awesome! Just for good measure I connected to HeatWave BBS and everything worked fine. I didn't try a file download or upload, but everything loaded well and I responded to a couple of posts. NOW!!!! .... ... does anyone have a link to all of other awesome webpages available for SIB (Stuart's Internet Browser) ? I want to get down on some TI emailing and other stuff available (also dumb question I am sure there is an easy way to edit to FAVS?) ....also! ...What is the shortcut key to exit the program? (its awesome and all, but I need some play other things)
  16. No rush my friend. Just an update. I did try loading a different webpage (from the FAVS) and the same error (essentially). After messing around with the keyboard the F key appears to the be the key that moves my cursor RIGHT once the wonky arrow key problem happens. This means I am an idiot and was using the TI arrow keys ALL ALONG when they have been re-keyed. Keep up the good work. I don't want to end every post on a negative. This is an amazing piece of software and I am sure the community at large is very appreciative. I know I am.
  17. Wow so I was wondering WHY I could not get DSK1.LOADLEG to load Legends (TI RPG) from BOOT, but when I simply go into XB 2.7 prompt, type in: OLD DSK1.LOADLEG and then RUN it works just fine. But when I go into BOOT and make option C say DSK1.LOADLEG my screen goes crazy and it shows a bunch of random colors and characters and then freezes. I also tried using X DSK1.LOADLEG from Omega's guide, but this must be for an older version of BOOT that I am using. I am also running BOOT off of my Horizon RAMdisk. I assume you just answered my questions without even asking it? ...but I must ask I suppose, is there anyway for me to get around this?
  18. I wish I could be more helpful... So I updated TIMXT so that I am using Flow 00 and ConnectMode D4 all the time on my lantronix. Downloaded your newest version in your link and loaded in with xb2.7 option 4, internet, rsc1. Used Back and then I and VIOLA! ...the Favorites (Favourites rather...) loaded! Use the arrow keys over to option 1 and hit enter and this.. After this I tried loading back to the favorites with 'I' and it did load, but the arrow keys were kind of wonky. The right key didn't work at all and the down arrow key moved the cursor down/left at the same time. At any rate I was able to try the second link and third link and I just get a 'Download Web Page -- Error -- Retrying...' forever. The light is stuck on my 32k card, but it doesn't blink occasionally on the RS232, but mostly solid on there as well. ...wish I had better news, sorry. Maybe someone can help me with what I am doing wrong?

  20. I hope these aren't sold out already? Please put me down if not sold out. I can send the PayPal money friends and family later this evening...
  21. Then I have two questions: Can I get the new(est) version of TIMXT from you please? (sub question: can I make and save macros?) Are you using version 9.1 of Stuart's IB?
  22. I am having the same issue as Chris. I can connect to BBS' via telnet, but when I load the INTERNET and RSC1 I cannot load a web page. Question: According to Stuart's website Flow should be 00 and not 02, and connect mode should be D4 and not D6. If I change these settings to match Stuart's recommendation will TIMXT still work? EDIT: Also when I do not load a webpage, but hit 'I' on the main screen, my system freezes and I have to do a hard reset. I have power cycle the whole system. I have FAVS and INTERNET loaded on DSK2. Does this make a difference? The name of the disk is BROWSER, but it seems when I hit 'I' to look for favorites DSK1 runs briefly, then DSK2, then CRASH! -- it freezes.
