FYI - ... in eBay some bidders cannot bid somehow, something in eBay related to "international shipping", but also with package sizes. eBay cannot calculate the costs to the countries (I entered some higher values), but later on we need to check the real shipment price (at the shipper from Thailand) to the country it need to be shipped to. * For some bids, I am revising the shipment part configuration to see if that solves for international bidders. (I never had this issue 4 years ago when selling a lot of TI-99/4A products from The Netherlands, it is the same account I use). For all items in the DESCRIPTION field I added this. NOTE: ********** Additional International Shipment fees applies from Thailand to the country to be shipped to **********

I see some views on items, but some are 0 views...no clue how ebay lists it. Maybe these direct links help? I have more items to list, but probably I can do it in the weekend only, because I test everything first if it works and create a video, before packing it. It is Editor Assembler (lower right left on the overlay). The 5th mentions Draw (TI Artist? Or something else?) There is a website somewhere listing all /4 overlays. I need to figure out why it does not come up, otherwise I will list again under the 1st one. (Not sure what the shipment calculation issue is, it used to work when I was in Europe, but not from Asia with the same account). I mention it in the description about the shipment fees (which are not cheap), last time I sent a TI99 to Canada about USD 150+ shipment
-
IMPORTANT - Somehow ebay does not allow me to indicate "calculate international shipment fees" and I need to select "Flat Rate" (I setup 2x accounts with the same issue). NOTE: ********** Additional International Shipment fees applies from Thailand to the country to be shipped to ********** Ebay has the photos and videos Also videos indicating EBAY are here at TI99VIDEOS channel (YouTube) https://www.youtube.com/@Globeron-TI99VIDEOS/videos EBAY: 1st ebay userid: ronvankl_0 (ronaldebay@globeron.com) (used last time to sell 3+ years ago many TI-99 items from Europe, most people know this account) Newly listed: * TI-99/4 (big PIN version), (6-DIN, EU), built-in Speaker, Volume Slider * TI-99/4 (5-DIN, USA) 2nd ebay userid: ronvankl6 (ebayth@globeron.com) * UberGrom RS232 to PC * UberGrom Education module * Romox Programmable module * FlashRom 99 * Navarone Module Expander * TI Compact Computer CC40 More to come with some unique TI-99 items, but it takes some time to test it first. (repeated message as ebay cannot calculate it...) NOTE: ********** Additional International Shipment fees applies from Thailand to the country to be shipped to **********

I am okay with any other option whatever works for the TI-99 community, but I tried to create an account to both websites above and got errors and cannot register ? It also would be good that files (.bin, .rpk, .docx, etc.) can be attached in post and easy copy and paste of a word docx without losing the format. -

Ref: "Atari has gone and purchased the website AtariAge for an undisclosed fee (source: https://www.gamedeveloper.com/business/atari-acquires-historian-website-atariage)" Atariage was the most central one, but now all previous and new posts are probably the property and owned by Atari ? @OLD CS1 Just trying how easy and fast it is to setup a similar format (look and feel) forum with a dedicated TI-99 focus (for the community by the community and not owned by an org.) @Schmitzi You are right, so many forum moved and disappeared (Yahoo group, etc.) and so many websites. 99' VADERS - Kamikaze Aliens *** COMPILED Edition ***
globeron replied to tmop69's topic in TI-99/4A Computers
Small correction with G I could shoot in the old game (was trying the Q). Also I note in the older version scores are 10x higher. Like 50 and 400 versus the kamikaze one 5 and 40 Old version:- 49 replies

What TI Games Were the Best at Challenging the Player
globeron replied to 99V's topic in TI-99/4A Computers
(Check out the high score competition, most are challenging), but for sure classic ones: Munch-Man, TI-Invaders, Chisholm Trail and modern ones: War Zone, SkyWay, Road Fighter, TI- Scramble. Increasing difficulty levels, try to beat the highscores then you know why 🙂 -
I don't even see Hopman in the list of games Maybe once all versions have been created.
-
(Impetus is the only one not being available for the TI-99/4A platform - http://inufuto.web.fc2.com/8bit/impetus/). Some systems at the end of the list have the src code listed Just curious is the source code of any of the other systems useable to be compiled via any of these tools for TI-99/4a? or does the source code need to be adjusted as well (Crosslib + inufuto tools) ? Crosslib for TI-99/4A https://forums.atariage.com/topic/330092-multi-platform-game-dev-tools-list/?do=findComment&comment=4989420 https://forums.atariage.com/topic/330092-multi-platform-game-dev-tools-list/ http://inufuto.web.fc2.com/8bit/tools.html

High Score Competition (September: West Bank)
globeron replied to arcadeshopper's topic in TI-99/4A Computers
I cannot Edit my original post anymore (after a while that option is gone, but: Tutankam, it actually works I just tested it with only a FinalGrom plugged in (and removed the Speech and PEB Box) There are two versions of the start blue titlescreen (option 2). One is "Parker Brothers' Game" the other one "Tutankam" (I found the answer back in my own post that time 🙂 ) -
It seems Hopman was released 26-March-2023 already for the TI-99/4A, but recently added to the page: http://inufuto.web.fc2.com/8bit/hopman/#ti99 Video has been published 20 min ago (9am GMT+9 // 7am GMT+7):

High Score Competition (September: West Bank)
globeron replied to arcadeshopper's topic in TI-99/4A Computers
All TI-99/4A "High Score Competition" FinalGrom format files grouped per year together until August 2023. TI-AtariAge-HISCORE-Competition.zip Apparently these games we played 2 times: * Centipede (2nd session - mizapf), * Spot-Shot (DragonFlyer) (2nd session - Jwild), * Cave Creatures (1st session - Opry99er). Tutankam - could not get it to work in Finalgrom (but works in Classic99). Adventure requires access to a disk drive (or tape) with the Pirate Adventure game (or use an emulator like Classic99, JS99er, MAME, etc.) Tetris and Major Tom need to be loaded with Editor / Assembler option 5 from a disk (or use an emulator) Compu-Car only after the 1st game the sprites are a bit corrupted, after game over, the next game onwards the sprites are okay (I converted to a module, but that time I could not find the right starting point). -
