  1. Sorry if i didn't respond to the question. He's doing well with his family these days, the last time i talked to him
  2. Seriously, this is going to open so many possibilities and crazyness with the VLM. This is the latest news by Rich... Simply amazing.
  3. I think he's either on Facebook or Twitter but i'll try talking to him as well.
  4. For me, My exposure to the Jaguar scene back in the early 2000s was via YouTube with users such as jvgsjeff and deanpook, in addition to AVGN and viMasterJag, as well as Jaguar Sector II with all those photos of the users' collections.
  5. I think with the advent of BigPEmu, more people will be exposed to the Jaguar and Jaguar CD slowly but surely. Athough a FPGA equivalent would be very nice indeed. Perhaps as a stand-alone unit by Analogue or as a module for the Polymega. I will give GameFan credit for covering the Jaguar scene up until their last issues.
  6. You know what, i never thought about it. I'll try talking to Shawn or Jeff about it. But if i can't get their permission about the .ROM, the least i could do is get permission to share the soundtrack. Even though they are no longer involved in the Jaguar scene, i don't want to be a dick towards them.
  7. I also plan to post the soundtrack of Black Out! to YouTube in the future as well, as i have the MP3 files of the music that was passed on to me by TrekMD. That and i'll also pass it to Atarimania so they can host the OST on their website, since the original download link posted at another forum is long dead since it was first posted.
  8. I actually have a ROM image of Black Out! Maybe in the future i'll post it here so everybody can play the game via the SD cart and emulator (it runs on Project Tempest, Virtual Jaguar IIRC, Phoenix, and BigPEmu).
  9. The reason why Chris shared the post is to demostrarte that a developer that used to make official games for the Sega Genesis (i.e. Streets of Rage 2 & 3, and Beyond Oasis) is returning to the plataform after nearly 30 years. Either way, it looks cool.
  10. Hi there TrekMD! I hope you are doing well. Yesterday, i was looking for the soundtrack of Black Out online but the YouTube videos featuring it were wiped out by it's user. I found out that the soundtrack was also available to download online (https://vectorgaming.proboards.com/thread/307/new-release-atari-jaguar-blackout) but the link no longer works. If you still have the MP3 files of that game and can upload the soundtrack to YouTube once again, i would be eternally grateful to that person. If not, i could also try to upload the soundtrack on Youtube as well :D

will also pass the MP3 files to the Atarimania website so it doesn't get lost again.

I've downloaded the songs. You can remove them from your Google Drive. Again, thank you so much! 👍

  11. So, Songbird does plan to release Ultra Vortex for the Lynx in the far future?
  12. Indeed! The lighting effect on the tunnel lights look cool
  13. Holy hell. Rich is a madlad y'all! He pulled the imposible at last I'll finally be able to play Battlemorph once i find a good rig capable of running the emulator. If you're reading this Rich, seriously, thanks you do much for your work in the Jaguar scene. It really means a lot to us! 👍
  14. We're close to having a super refinement of that Black Hole homebrew. Seriously though, this looks pretty damn good. Looking foward to the final version!
  15. Good news everybody! The VLM has been finally emulated properly. Mad props to Rich https://www.patreon.com/posts/jaguar-cd-its-76714318?utm_medium=clipboard_copy&utm_source=copyLink&utm_campaign=postshare_creator&utm_content=join_link
  16. Well, well, well. It seems that the original programmer for the unreleased Casino Royale by Telegames appeared on Unseen64 (https://www.unseen64.net/2008/05/12/casino-royale-atari-jaguar-unreleased) to give details about the Game: "The game had the following ‘games’ inside the casino. Roulette, Horse Racing and Bridge. We built some cheat words into it, choose the wrong one and it would take your money. It never was published as it was sent for approval at almost the exact same time Atari pulled the plug on the Jaguar. The game was written by three people. A coder (me), a designer and a graphics artist."
  17. I would actually love to know what has been of Toni Fitzgerald (Volcana's actress) ever since the release or Ultra Vortek. I hope she is living a good life.
  18. Let's hope Jaguar CD emulation is on it's way, though that depends if someone has given Rich a working Jag CD unit.
  19. AFAIK, Johannes Graf hinted in a interview that he and his brother Roland have thought of reviving Native someday but not in the near future.
  20. He should really try to complete a conversion of Fishin' Frenzy. It didn't looked bad, honestly but you may disagree with My opinion
  21. If this is indeed the real deal, the best possible outcome would be either a .ROM image release or releasing it via a publisher (i.e. Songbird Productions).
