  1. Hello, is there a possible way to detect the collision of a player with a specific part of the playfield, not the entire one though, just the very right side of it.

In my code I created a sort of an animation/transition that has to be called in between the 2 current screens, but I can't get it to work properly with gosub it kind of works but the sprites are there and with goto not at all, what I want is: if the player touches the left edge of the path call the animation/transition, once the frame counter reaches 4 (ends the 4 frame animation) then it goes to the other screen which is the left path. Can anyone take a look at it please? etsrevstg.bas

I've tried all morning long to recreate that program version but I just couldn't, I tried everything I remembered myself doing, but with no success, I hope anyone could help me with some advice or help on how to get it to work, here I attach the version with a working missile0 and the dimmed variables ready. etsrevstg.bas

I decided to try Random Terrain's code for shooting in eight directions, at the beginning it worked decent even though I could only shoot up, up/right, up/left, but now I can't even shoot at all with neither the ball nor the missile0, can anyone tell me what am I doing wrong please?   16. I'm working on ubuntu 12.04, so I don't have a way for doing so, is there a way for me to do one independently from VisualbB?

  18. You were right RT, it didn't work, but you gave an idea on how to change the game to something different and cool without using pfscroll at all.

  21. Here it is, all of the variables are ordered, and almost all are completely different, except for two which I had to put under the "i" variable, which are _Sprite_Height and _Spritex_Width, I don't know what else I'm doing wrong. etsrevstg.bas
