  1. If it was new for $15 i'd grab it!

It's a great Epyx game for the Lynx.

I have both the Genesis and Lynx version.

I like the Todd on the Lynx better.

The Genesis Slime World feels stiff and slow.

I think I paid $10 CIB for the Lynx version and $5 for the Genesis version CIB.

I'd still like to play the Lynx version in multiplayer mode. I guess that'll never happen. mmmmmmm

  2. Thanks for the info Lemmi!

I'm gonna go grab a copy this weekend too!

I hope there's still some left!

I hope all the extra's are worth it, The cabinet graphics around the display look really cool! I hope that's in the PSX version too.

Lemmi do you have any other Atari era ports on your psx?

    I have Q*bert, Asteroids and TempestX3...

Fun still to play with the kids!

    heheheheh

Ohhh God! I did!!!! What a pile of crap!

There's alot of games that are alot worse then the 2600 ET.

  4. What I'd like to see is a new 2600 design.

Scratch that! I'd really like to see a 6switch woodgrain with composite out!!!

Or at least an autoswitching rf!

I'd play mine more often that way... the tv switchbox thing.... well it just plain sucks!

    I want a clean picture!!

A 2600jr with an autoswitching rf... that's what a want!!!!

    can this be made???

I'd hook it up to the same tv as my Genesis...Best of both worlds....

the first great game machine and the last great machince before all the 3D machines took over...

    hehehe

  5. Nothing to fantastic, to most. But I did find a game in the wild I've been looking for, for some time now. The sega genesis version of virtua racing. Got it for a decent price too. $7.

    I have to collect for multi-systems... Sometime's i don't see a 2600 cart I don't have for months!!! Like secret quest said...

atari carts have pretty much dried up around here.....

Now that I found virtua racing in the wild it's on to a wild copy of pitfall 2!!!

  6. Someone (Hi Guy!~) just gave me a super "beefy" Amiga 3000 computer!

This beast has 10mb ram 3 Harddrives totalling almost half a gig. A VideoToaster!

A PAR card! And a lot of software!

It beats the pants off my old Amiga 600 I had back in 1995!

My question is does anyone know how to network this thing? I'd like to network it to my PC so I can download files and then transfer them to the Ami.Any help welcome.

If not.. Are their any old Amiga fans out there?

  7. Anyone know where I can download a picture of the 5200 special 4port tv switchbox?

How much do you guys want for one of your switchboxes? I'll wanna buy one once I find a working 5200 controller, or two. Anyone know of a good place to buy mint controllers?.

    How about 3rd party controllers...?

On another not I got 2 more 5200 games last night. River Raid and Pitfall II!

I wish I could play them!!!!

  8. Played Gyruss for the first time a couple months ago. It's pretty good for a 2600 arcade port.

The only system I played Montezuma's Revenge

on was the Colecovision. What a blast! Way back when I first got that game (when it first game out) my girlfiend at the time bumped into the CV and somehow gave me unlimited lives! I think I got bored and shut it off after a couple hours...

oohh did I mention I got the Parker Bros. Catalog yesterday. very cool! Too bad about

Ewok Adventure and Lord of the Rings.. the catalog makes them look/sound fantastic!

Q*Bert is another one I liked alot.

I must be missing something... Reactor looks neat. I tried to play it on my 2600, but I can't figure out how to play....

  9. I like it! Mostly because it reminds me of the fun time's around the holidays! The excitment of opening a new videogame system and playing the heck out of it during that week off you had from school. It's funny but I remember the year I got my Colecovison for Christmas better then the year I got my 2600.

I must be getting old! I remember play DK

on the CV for hours!! I also remember saving up for the 2600 adapter for the CV. Only to have my whole collection of 2600 games stolen! about 15 games

  10. 2600- about 120+

    7800- 11

5200- 9 just got it yesterday. It's a 4port system in really bad shape.

    Colecovision - 20

    Genesis- about 30

    Lynx - 28

Ohh the 5200 system had a Parker Bros. Catalog with it....First time I've seen one of these. Gezzz Lord of the Ring sounded real cool! Over 2000 screens???
