    Been down sick for 3 days.  Took a COVID-19 test yesterday; it came back negative.  Doesn't explain why I can't taste or smell anything, though.  Think I'll schedule a retest.

      I had Covid back in July. I had a fever and intense stomach pain as did my wife. She tested positive and I tested negative. A month later my Dr. had me tested for antibodies and I came back positive.

    I have the urge to someday check out the 1938 The Adventures of Robin Hood movie. I've seen bits and it looks kinda fun.

      I have an original controller with the gold contacts and flex circuits. I never use it as I prefer the Wico. Unfortunately my 5200 is in the shop and I cannot test it at this moment.

    After taunting me on the shelf for 25+ years I finally got around to reading 
    "Dune." Very good, but quite a dense read. I suspect I missed a lot the first time around.

      I read the first 4 books back in the 80s when I was in eight grade. Then books 5 and 6 were released so I finally re-read the first four sometime in the early 2000s in preparation for finishing the series but by the time I got to book 5 I needed a break from the series and I never went back.

      Despite the vast superiority of Blu-ray I just cannot seem to give up my CLD-95. I'm an arthouse kind of guys so the last disc I spun was Criterion's The Inland Sea. Recommended btw.

    My Tinnitus is louder and is awful. Noise makes it louder. Electric guitar, me being stupid, and my old expensive amplifier did it too me. Cleans and not a lot of distortion.

    I was picking my dog Chloe up at the groomers when a lady brought in a big goofy year old German Shepard. He dragged her over to say hi to me. Such a goofy and good boy with his massive paws that he hasn't grown into yet. He cuddled with me and gave me a lick. Dogs are great.

    Finally got the mono verison of Are You Experienced? I was sure it would stomp the stereo version but it doesn't. It actually sounds like someone threw a blanket over my speakers.
