  1. I don't think any of the games will be exclusive to the show unless they happen to sell out. Even then, there would likely be another run for folks to buy online. Here's what we know from the PRGE thread... 2023 PRGE tentative game releases: 1. Pitfall 3: Return to the Caverns 2. 5-11under’s game 3. Intelligentvision 1 4. Intelligentvision 2 5. Intelligentvision 3 6. Pumpkin Trilogy 7. Many more…
  2. Hey now, you might still discover some more. Don't sell yourself short, lol
  3. Thanks man! This easily becomes one of the crown jewels in my collection. Did you ever confirm if a French-Canadian version exists? I'm not sure I've ever seen any M Network games in FC form.
  4. Was your box sealed? If not, what all was in it? I am going to crack open mine but I was curious what I should be looking for inside. I know the joystick, both games and the manuals will be in there but I am wondering what will be included. Warranty card, catalog, sticker, who knows?
  5. One HUGE step closer to finishing the M Network collection... And it's sealed! 😉

  8. I honestly typed PB&J on one of those before fixing it! 😅

  10. Here are the ones I could find... #12 Poker & Blackjack on a no-line HK cart: #19 and 28 also on Poker and Blackjack HK carts but with insert lines: #65 on an unbranded HK Football cart: All 4 of my boxes for these were gatefold and had standard HK text on the bottom flap. No Radofin or sticker versions. I checked all of my carts, both US and HK and found none that were made in the US. It seems there will not be any American produced QC sticker carts unless someone modifies one. It also appears they are only seen on screwback carts.
  11. Wonderful of you to do this for everyone again, Albert! Eric Hatton the1hatman Lima, Ohio
  12. They all appear to be non-US variants. Maybe that's a clue as to their source?
  13. No worries friend. Piggy Bank did have a Blix-like debut at PRGE so there was similarity there. It is an awesome game so I hope you can find a copy. I believe the ROM is available if you also play that way. At least then you can enjoy the game while waiting for a cart to come up for sale.
  14. I have seen a few of these on carts but never thought much about them. I should have known better, lol. I'll dig through my extras pile and see if I can find any.
  15. I know Blix was a show exclusive but that was mainly because they only made 30 copies so it was bound to sell out there. It has since been re-released. Piggy Bank was assuredly not a show exclusive. I know because I reserved and purchased mine through a thread here on AtariAge. I agree with everyone here that exclusive games would not be the best thing for the community in general. I also doubt such a thing will ever happen again. There just isn't any incentive to do such a thing. Show exclusive debuts, yes, but there's nothing to gain from making a game only available at a convention. The one example we have is Blix and that was more of a limited release than anything.

  18. I don't think we have to worry about a show exclusive homebrew simply from the fact that it is such a small community. Why would any publisher want to limit access to sales like that? We get around 30ish folks who can go to PRGE regularly and that's far more than any other show gets. While there are sales that happen to people we don't know from our corner of the collecting world at these shows, it's not like it's in the hundreds. I think you will continue to see new games premier at shows, especially PRGE, but I doubt there's any incentive to make them exclusive. I also believe it's simply easier for a publisher to sell the 30-60 some odd copies to the group without having to worry about shipping to so many places. Just transport them to Portland 1 time and not deal with the various postal services and packaging.
  19. That's amazing! What did your brother say when he got it?
  20. I guess I will update my list since Jason is taking us down Memory Lane... 1. Spiker! 2. Learning Fun II 3. Congo Bongo Those would be the 3 hardest pieces of my collection to replace.
  21. Happy Trails. It and Loco-Motion are effectively the same game, and since my loyalty will always go with Mattel first, I'm choosing to knock off the Activision repeat. And before I get jumped on here... 1. Yes, I'm aware that Happy Trails hit the market first but it is a clone of Konami's Loco-Motion, which Mattel was already working on. 2. I do love Carol Shaw's work so this is no knock on her for programming Happy Trails. While it is very well done, I just don't see the need for two versions. A close second would be Triple Challenge for very much the same reasons as Happy Trails. HT jumps it due to the convenience 3C provides.
