  1. Reissue may have been a strong term. But it had a release in one configuration and will get another one in different packaging so it kinda fits this category.
  2. 4-Tris, BC's Quest for Tires, Blix, Blow Out, Deep Pockets, Hard Hat, King of the Mountain, League of Light, Minehunter, Missile Domination, Princess Quest, Robot Rubble, Same Game & Robots, Space Cadet, Space Cunt, Space Patrol, Space Raid, Sydney Hunter, and soon Peter the Pea have all been reissued at least once in either different packaging or by a different publisher. If all of those were not enough to crash the market, I doubt these proposed 4 games are going to have that effect either. I'm not keen on the idea to reissue games that haven't even sold out their original run, since I'd rather give folks a shot at past games they may have missed out on, but I don't believe this will have any noticeable effect on the market in general.
  3. Yes! VARIATION TIME!!!!! 4-Tris, Smurf: Rescue in Gargemmel's Castle, Super Mine-Field and everything else I missed out on But seriously speaking, it would be cool to see a new version of 4-Tris. Call back to Homebrew #1 in big box form and give everyone 1 last chance to own the legend.
  4. Assuming that is an original box, this copy looks cherry as hell! Photos can also make things look better than reality but this appears to be in near mint shape.
  5. For asking $1500 you'd like to think they could at least provide an unobstructed photo of the item.
  6. Not to breakup the Lathe-Jason ickfest or anything... Current 2023 PRGE Intellinerd Lineup: 1. Rev 2. cmart604 3. Steve Jones 4. IntvCasey 5. intellivotion 6. Intvfun 7. Lathe26 8. 8. For the people out there that complain about "sniping", this is exactly why so many bidders prefer to wait till the last second. As much as I hate having to do that, you can't bid me up when I post my lone bid with 3 seconds left 🤷‍♂️
  9. I was thinking the same thing but I don't know enough about photography to tell if I was really seeing that or if it was just the lighting in the pics. That is fantastic! Yeah that box is legit alright. My copy also has the slightly rounded top and bottom flaps even though the sides stayed nice and flat. I'm thinking that is something with the light gloss coating over the cardboard of this era where it warps the smaller pieces over time the same way we see shrinkwrap do with unopened games sometimes. Either way, this is a pretty nice condition copy of Spiker. Someone is going to be really happy with it if they can keep it under $2K, lol
  10. Not a bad idea to get reassurance on the authenticity but I'm pretty sure this is a legit box. 1. The front of the box has some indentation along the entire left side by the end fold. 2. There is a crease in the same side at the bottom half. 3. The bottom left flap is slightly bent down. 4. On the right side of the back by the end fold, there is either a smudge or some loss of gloss about 2/3 the way up that edge. 5. There is some kind of stain or spot just under the screenshot on the back right. 6. The top left corner on the back is slightly dented in. 7. There is another smudge under the INTV Corp info at the bottom center of the back. All of that could be replicated on a reproduction box but that is a LOT of detail to have to fake. It looks like real ageing to me. I'm around 95% certain this is all original. Hard to tell on the manual or cart label though. Also, I have no connection to this item or the seller. Just my "certified cardboard expert " observations Double also, those are all pretty minor defects for a game this rare and that old. It's a solid 7/10 condition-wise assuming the manual and cart are also legit and that the sides are not crushed. I'd be asking for pictures of the box sides and the cart running on real hardware more than anything else.
  11. I was able to order without any problems... at least until I see what "extras" Rev includes this time 😳
  12. I'm not sure how an update to gameplay would work so I'd trust you on that front. But a new catalog of songs would be great.
  13. Not only would I want to buy a milti-cart version of Super Pro ESC games, I really want an updated Melody Blaster CIB as well! Even if you just do another board release, I'm sure Steve or I can come up with a nice box kit to flesh it out 👍
  14. Honestly, I've instructed my wife to simply post the entire collection as 1 lot on eBay. It's not the best way to maximize a full 125's value but it will net her the biggest return she can get with the least amount of effort. It's also likely the best way to make sure it winds up in other collector's hands rather than Goodwill or a dump. I could also just will it to someone in this community as a backup plan but then I'd worry about getting shanked in Portland by one of you shifty types!
  15. Screw you guys, I'm immortal! So send all your Intellivision collections to me if you want them to be maintained forever
  16. The first programmer/publisher to release a viable port of Spy Hunter for me gets first choice of one of JasonlikesINTV's kidneys!
  17. I generally keep my carts in the original boxes. I still play them but I have extra carts for the more common games so I don't have to keep messing with their boxes and putting extra wear on them. Otherwise, they live in an old china cabinet I restored: The drawers in the lower center are felt lined and have dividers that fit loose carts nicely. I believe these were originally for silverware: My current solution for the games I am playing through are the amazing cart holders Caleb Garner makes. I have 2 racks of 10, one for homebrews and another for the calssic games I play regularly: I seriously love the racks you found though, cvga. That's an awesome way to display the 125 in cart form and still has easy access for gameplay.
