  1. I am fortunate in that I already have all of that so I'm happy to help try and add to someone else's collection. I have been hunting a gatefold Buzz Bombers for years, to no avail, so I check out every auction with that neon green box. Just happened to notice the Math Fun variant. Good luck!
  2. I figure you can always sell off the extra SD Maze Craze and Buzz Bombers and maybe get most of your investment back. Assuming there are no tears, the gatefold boxes are very easy to repair without using tape or laminate which ruins the collectible value. If you win it and find you need help I would be happy to help work it back into shape for you.
  3. This lot has the Math Fun artwork text variant but it looks pretty rough in the pictures. It could be restored I bet... http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lot-of-CIB-Intellivision-Games-including-SCOOBY-DOOS-MAZE-CHASE-BUZZ-BOMBERS-/191728990322?hash=item2ca3f03872:g:iXsAAOSw~bFWNmf~
  4. I was not aware that a USA made Word Fun was all that rare. Good to know!
  5. Why not hit em all? Too bad I don't actually own Tower of Doom. Just a repro box
  6. I was lucky in that I didn't have much money when I started to seriously collect Intellivision gear so I focused on getting all the early games and getting them right since they could be had cheap. I stumbled onto this variant by accident and decided that I would always aim for the earliest original release of each game. I found MLB and NFL pretty quickly as everyone does then lucked into Checkers and Math Fun in a lot I got with my first Intellivision II console. After that I had figured out the original 10 color manual releases and started actively looking for the artwork note variant. Armor Battle and LV Poker & Blackjack were the last 2 I found (before I realized that Roulette and Space Battle never had this feature despite having color manuals) and I haven't seen them again since. I'm always on the lookout for better condition editions of these so if I spy a Math Fun I will post it here for you. I always hate it when I get down to having to find the last one of something to finish a set! lol In my search for these I have found them to be available in this order (most common to least common): NFL Football MLB Baseball APBA Backgammon Math Fun Checkers NBA Basketball Las Vegas Poker & Blackjack Armor Battle - have only seen it once and was luckily able to buy it Happy hunting my friend!
  7. That is a nice shot of a lot of early boxes! MLB, NBA, Checkers, Math Fun and the really rare Armor Battle all with the FOR COLOR TV VIEWING ONLY in the artwork. Odd that the LV Poker box on that is missing this feature though. Even the red Space Armada box is on there twice. I can see why you wanted it.
  8. The easiest way to see one is to check out the inside of the front cover of the original Intellivision blue catalog (00073350). The picture shows a Las Vegas Poker & Blackjack box standing just behind the left side of the Intellivision console. It's kind of faint but you can just make out the FOR COLOR TV VIEWING ONLY at the top of the artwork just above the LAS VEGAS logo. Here it is on my copy: Up close: What I love about this is when you get one of these you're actually holding one of the oldest possible pieces of Intellivision memorabilia.
  9. Wow! I guess that answers that, assuming it worked. I didn't even know you could plug the System Changer into the Intellivoice, lol
  10. Quick question... Does anyone know if this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/221920809700?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT Would work with one of these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/INTELLIVISION-SYSTEM-CHANGER-MATTEL-ELECTRONICS-/371456158848?hash=item567c832c80:g:8zYAAOSw0HVWEYQU ???
