  1. I just ordered a multicart for the Arcadia 2001, and now I need to get a system. If you have a working system and the price is reasonable, please email me.
  2. I also sent an email looking to buy a copy. If you have any left please email me at mcgrail0007@netzero.net. Thank you. I hope the games aren't all sold out.
  3. Is this event worth a drive from St. Louis? I would consider going to the show if it is a really great show. Will there be any exclusive titles at the show?
  4. playthegames.com sells the mod chip for the Saturn. Radiant Silvergun is a great shooter for the Saturn. I would recommend it. Too bad it cost $150 plus.
  5. My 5200 unit also has problems powering up. It also will make the clicking sound. If I play with the wires it will eventually work. I even bought a new power supply and TV game box from 4Jays and it still does it. Good luck.
  6. I wish that there was a 7800 multicart. If one comes out I would buy it.
  7. CPUWIZ is a great person to deal with. If you don't mind selling your Bounty Bob cartridge, $250 is a fair offer.
  8. I just sold a Masterplay Interface without the box, instructions, or fire button for $110 on eBay. It was in really good shape. I have to say that for the most part eBay prices have been a lot lower this year compared to the last couple of years. Some items have sold for more, but the majority of vintage gaming items have sold for less this year.
  9. I would offer you $35 total plus shipping for Othello and Sokomania. Let me know.
  10. Would you consider just selling the system? I don't need any cartridges.
  11. How much do you want for it? I might be interested as well.
  12. You can also file an internet fraud complaint with the FBI. Their website is located at www1.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp.
  13. Radiant Silvergun (the best shooter ever), Saturn Bomberman, and Sonic Jam.
  14. I would consider twice before making a personal offer to someone on eBay. I did the same thing for a "new" Dreamcast system and ended up with a used system. This was someone with over 3000 positive feedbacks. If you paid by money order I would atleast try and threaten him with mail fraud. He accepted the payment through the U.S. mail system and I think the threat might be enought to scare him into returning your money. Good luck.
  15. I think that Gearge Reese sells something to modify an American Atari 7800 to play PAL games.
  16. I have probably owned 600-700 cartridges over the years. I have only had 1 that would not work after a cleaning and that was a brand new Astrocade cartridge that came defective.
  17. Would you really classify all videogames as falling under "media mail". I could see this for cd's or disk, but what about cartridges? I don't the Post Office would find out if you send cartridges using "media mail", but if they did would they consider this mail fraud?
  18. I would recommend the Sean Kelly multicart. He now has all of the Atari 5200 games on there except for Bounty Bob and Super Pacman.
  19. The Post Office really jacked up the prices for priority items weighing more than a couple of pounds. If you send a Vectrex from one coast to the other coast your looking at a good $35-$40 to ship it now. Almost everything I sell I send out priority and at minimum it is $3.85 to send the package and $.45 for delivery confirmation. If I add $50 ($1.30) or less of insurance coverage the total is $5.60. I have had people charge me $5 only to send in a regular envelope using media mail. It doesn't make me real happy to pay a premium for a good box only to have it destroyed because it was sent in an envelope.
  20. I sent out the package today to the confirmed address. I used delivery confirmation and I did insure it. I just hope this guy doesn't leave me negative feedback. He bought three items so he can leave me three feedbacks. I do send packages all the time to those who are not verified, but I always send to confirmed addresses unless it is someone that I have dealt with before or if the item is of low value ($25 or less). I try to make all of the people who buy from me happy. I always insure items if they are $25 or more and I always use delivery confirmation. If there is a problem with an item that I did not insure I would refund the money myself.
  21. His feedback is fine. I would send the package to the other address, but PayPal requires that the package be sent to his confirmed address in order to qualify for the seller protection. If I had dealt with him before or if I knew others who had, I probably would send to his other address. But that is not the case. I have had a few problems with people on eBay. One woman tried to rip me off (took thousands from others - see eBay user conniemendoza) and I had one time when a kid bought and paid for my item using his mother's credit card. The mother went bezerk, but then realized what her son had did. I thought I had sold the item to the mom. I therefore am more cautious than I used to be.
  22. I had a buyer purchase 3 items from me on eBay today. He paid with Paypal. My PayPal account blocks payments unless the person pays with a confirmed address. The guy goes ahead and pays with PayPal and then later on emails me to send them to a different address. I told him that I would not do this because of PayPal's seller protection policy. He claims that he was worried that someone would steal the items. I offered to require a signature so that the post office would not just leave the package outside of his home. He then emails me back with this email. send it to my house but do not have someone sign for it. we work for a living 6 days a week and noone is here to sign for it if i do not have it by next tues. i will e-mail you because my friendly little neighborhood bastards probably took it. i can not believe you will not ship to the other address i have gone well out of my way to make people happy but obviously you are not one of them. by the way check to make sure i did not cancel your payment because this is bullshit over shipping an item!!!! I didn't really care for this message and now I wonder if I ship the items if he will try a chargeback just to be a jerk. What would you do? I have already had one person try to rip me off on eBay and I am just trying to protect myself against fraud. Thanks for your help.
  23. No I did not buy this in a large auction. I am on eBay a lot and it is possible that I might have out bid you on a different game. I would prefer cash as I have bought a lot of stuff lately and need to sell some stuff, but I would consider a trade. I am really looking to complete my Lynx collection, but would consider 7800, 5200. Astrocade. Intellivision. Vectrex. Arcadia 2001. Saturn, or Dreamcast items. Let me know what you can offer and I will consider anything. It would have to be worth a $100 to me. I don't know the values that Digital Press has placed on things so I really can't go by that.
