Yes, most sold internationally; good photos, some low numbered carts too... was all a bit random... some others I sold at the same time made way more than expected but I only listed the ones asked about

Hi, I replied by PM but for wider reference these are the prices in UK Pounds I got on eBay in June 2018 (not including postage): I-Cyborg £71 Sundance £56 WOTW £59 3D Sector X £80 Continuum £92

Snowball in the black shell is now available to preorder. The price is £18 plus p&p (£4 UK, £9 EU, £10 Rest of World). Snowball is a simple 2 player Vs game where you and another player control an elf each in a snowball fight, first to 3 wins. Video of me playing both players on my own here: https://youtu.be/Fw4PMZScdMA This edition is not limited but I only have 50 PCBs on order for this so it would be some time to restock if they sell out. If you would just like a ROM of the game with your own personalised title page message then the price is £5; if you are buying the cart version, I will happily send you a ROM file with personalised message at no extra cost. Drop us an email on enquiries@vectorrepublic.co.uk with your address and I will send you a PayPal link for the total to your location.

It would be great if you could make something similar, looks like you have the skills and machine access... Vic similarly handed off the electronics side to someone else although with the readily available PCBs and so many people making the workings on various projects that should be the "easy" part. Comfort wise it plays really well but I mostly use it sat on a desktop rather than handheld... it just feels so nice, heavy, and high quality and just looks beautiful. I think only 11 were made just because of the time incolved in the various stages of making the machined and anodised part.

I'm interested to know which European projects have stayed in Europe... I can't think of one at all but maybe I missed something... everyone I know who has released a game or hardware in Europe has made it available Worldwide.

A little update video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=73XgkM

Ah yes, I did this, forgot to post it here... original video: I'll have a newer video with a bit of traffic and Splash Wave as the music later. I've no intention of making a finished game or anything, it's just a bit of fun. I'd be very impressed if anyone could create a 100 foot high fog machine laser show in 4 hours but hey, the internet will have its opinions ... and anyway, no one will be reading this or watching the video as no one is nostalgic for the Vectrex anyway

The standalone versions do save high scores by the way.

Heh... I can imagine the big fight scene in Akira but with them shouting "Vectrex!!!!... Kousokusen!!!" instead of Tetsuo!... Kanedaaaaaaaa!

Great project guys, look forward to this one. Looks like you have it in hand but drop me a PM if you want to check anything about anything

Just an update to say that I now have the Japanese versions of Big blue available if anyone is interested in this niche within a niche Pics here: www.flickr.com/photos/cnp/albums/72157668523246797 If anyone is interested in a Japanese copy of the game at the usual price of a GCE version (£36 + p&p) then order from the website (vectorrepublic.co.uk) before the end of June and leave a note in your payment or drop me a PM. I'll be adding these to the website soon for £40 to cover the extra cost of design work and printing.

I think George's move to not taking prepayment is the way forward; certainly best until you know you pretty much have the game ready to go in code and physically. For me it would just put too much pressure on me to go faster, I'd hate to be sat on a load of money for years... if you think Warrior was what, $60?? 150 copies, you have $9000 dollars sat there, years later exchange rates have altered, production prices have changed, postage prices have gone up and you've received hundreds of emails you could do without asking where the game is. Everyone handles things differently but that would be a nightmare for me personally.

Hah, funny... I took my Protector to a games meet years ago when Protector was pretty new and someone unlocked the game, I don't even know if I was aware of a bonus game on the cart. I love Spike Goes Down, use it as a high score competition game whenever I have a games meet. Regarding this topic... I guess in 4 years there's been a few additions to the rare list!

No, not for Big Blue at least... too much work and cost for what would be a very low numbers selling version I think... I have the cart labels printed already and my Brother is working on the 3 stickers that will be used to convert GCE boxes into Japanese ones
