  1. My wife called me in the living room and asked if these were the same games on the old "Mama's Family" tv show from the 1980's, that i collect? I watched & sure enough.. they were Intellivision games!  * They called one "Asteroid's Revenge".. lol. Not a bad made up name!

I did a search on Youtube & found it also. After using stop-frame for a bit, i think i figured out all 4 of the games. Watch it and see if you come to the same conclusion!

    GAMES IN THE SHOW-

    Intellivision II boxed system

    NASL Soccer

    MLB Baseball

    NHL Hockey

    Space Armada

@Psycho Stormtrooper- Rog been looking at your listings. Is the SB red box HK really rarer? I’ve yet to find the USA one and have probably seen a dozen HK in the wild. I wonder if Canada got all the HKs…

It could very well be as you said..

I have only ever had 2 or 3 of the HK versions of SP in the Action Network box, but ive had dozens of USA versions. I guess it all depends on where in the world you are.

Never really thought of that before. I just figured the distribution was the same everywhere.

Can't see the board through the vents, so that's out.  But I know there's some that wind up being a tutor board even with that.

For $30, I'm happy to have one with the box and manual, tutor or not.

    Great price!

Its not a Super pro (Tutorvision capable) system. Yours has the shielded board inside (you can see it through the grates).

A Tutor Pro does not have the black shielding.

None have had shielding to my knowledge.

1 works, 2 don't. Odd, but tried 'em in 5 systems and no go.

I have a question about the tutor/super pro thing.  I just got a supposedly glitchy boxed super pro system for a way decent price.  From the back it doesn't look like a tutor one, but I know that's the only thing you can test. So out of curiosity, is there a serial number range the tutor boards typically fall in?  The serial on this is fairly low at 002659.

2659 sounds too low to be one. Of all the ones ive seen, most are in the 20,000's - 30,000's.

Post a full pick of the back. We can tell if it has a chance of being one.

    I never got them working.

It's no biggie, was only 5 bucks total.

So weird that all 3 dont work.

In all of my collecting, Ive only ever had 1 cart not work.. World Series. After opening the cart i could see where part of the board had been dinged, cutting through a line. I tried to bridge it with no luck... still didnt work. Cart was brand new so i chalked it up to shotty assembly at the factory.

Its seems unreal that that guy had so many non-working carts.

    Lololol

So it goes from 1 bad seller to the worst seller and the price goes 10x what happiest had it for that was already 10x to much! $1000 just for framing.....ha

And the original owner didn't even do the framing!

And the story behind it gets more twisted and more and more lies are added to it.

    These guys are ridiculous!!! Wow.

Best thing this guy can do is pull them all out of frame and sell individually. He will get the best price that way.. (what they are actually worth anyways). Also... anyone with any sense (that buys them), will have to pull them from frame to test to make sure they are legit.

    Just my opinion.

Hey guys so I'm nearing the end of my complete intellivision cib collection hunt. But I for the life of me can't seem to find a list of the complete box contents for the system.

Like the paper work that should generally be there, and was the cart pack in just a loose one with manual and overlays or did they put a whole boxed game in it etc.

Side question is it allowed to post in search of posts here or just slap it in the eBay Roundup?

    Thanks guys

    Your good on here.

Ebay roundup is normally just for Ebay items,.. not for general questions. You can just ask a question in general forum and will get more help probably.

With that being said.. i may have a sealed pack-in game if you need it. Not sure if i sold it already or not (ill check). Pack-in game will be sealed,.. not just loose unless its been opened and used.

Also, different year versions came with different paperwork. If you show a pic of the box, others can tell which model you have and help better.

Look in the back vents.  See if you can see anything like this:

Also when you put a cart in it should not say Mattel on the screen.

    Not always true.

Best way to tell is with a Diagnostic test cart, or diagnostic rom with an LTO flash.

  11. Not to get off the current topic or anything, but this is a variant question for catalogs. Does anyone else have this Sears Tele-games catalog? Is it fairly rare? Im going to be listing some catalogs soon on ebay and not sure if im gonna include it.

  12. Lol.. such a silly Question.

Im sure most would say children, animals, & documents first & foremost... but what i think he is fishing for is the video game items most dear to each of us.

Since most of my collection is stored away in a different location (especially my Spiker), lets assume all of that is safe... so i'd try to grab some rare games (pictured below).. then, if there was enough time after a short rest.. id go back for my wife.

    Thanks a lot Cmart!

This is the misterious white botton flap sticker!!!

Two years ago I lost an auction of a Checkers listed by that german seller that listed also a Spiker that got sold for 1.200 bucks.

It had the same white sticker on the bottom flap.

Does anyone know a bit more about that white stickers? Only for the UK market ? How many games have been spotted so far with that sticker?

This backgammon is a 0410 with or without slots back for manual? Or the 0810 one?

    Which manual does it have?

I thought the white sticker on bottom were the English UK variants, produced in UK & sold in Australia. Thats why you sometimes see them  in UK. I believe this is correct, no?
