  1. I remember now... i think yours did come in a small box (about the size of a pack of cigarettes?) The sealed set should have been inside it. (I think). We will need to get info from others to see how theirs came. This may be a good job for our site investigator! Im having a hard time remembering.
  2. Yea but i dont have the Tele-games overlay/label set so whats the point?
  3. Lol... wow. I guess there were a few eh? No, actually i didnt start making numbered sets until lots of people started contacting me. The very first (few) sets were not numbered. Did yours come in a box Simone? I dont think the very first sets even had the small white box (if i remember correctly). But, they all fall under the original series 1 set because they were all made the same way.
  4. Its so strange ( but historically significant) that they put the years on some labels ( of the white label carts). Its like they were letting the user know when the game was first released. I wonder if that was their intention or just a happy accident? I think thats pretty cool.
  5. Are you going to put this to cart form? I want one if you do!
  6. Yes... thats me. Psycho Stormtrooper. I noticed the purle text also. Must have something to do with the ink on that run of games. They all came from the same printer obviously.
  7. I received a bunch of games today and this one cart struck me as odd. Its a late intv style white label Hockey cart in box, no NHL logo. I have seen many white label carts, but this is the first time i noticed the "1979" in lower right corner. Is this normal? (Im directing this at Cmart...lol) I dont collect the white label carts so im unsure.
  8. Cmart, not sure if your interested but i just saw this Locomotion white label cart / Mattel box. Looks to be legit by the cart type. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Intellivision-LOCO-MOTION-I-I-Intellivision-Inc-Cartridge-Version-locomotion-/324941024840?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l49286&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0
  9. Yea... just have multiples of NFL & MLB. Started a tad late i know. If you have any extras of other titles, let me know... for trade or sale. Thanks,
  10. I never knew games came "Factory Sealed" with a piece of packing tape on the gate-fold from the factory! Lol.... https://www.ebay.com/itm/Intellivision-Space-Battle-New-In-Factory-Sealed-Box-/154750801608?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l49286&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0
  11. I like Ride of the Valkyries the best. Everytime i hear it, i think about the "Blues Brothers" car chase scene.
  12. Im looking to buy any extra Intellivision FCTVVO games anyone might not need. Im trying to complete my FCTVVO SET of 8 games. I would be interested in any of the following... complete or partially complete. Math Fun Checkers Backgammon Poker & Blackjack NBA Basketball Armor Battle Contact me if available. Thanks, Rog
  13. Im looking to trade FCTVVO test market games to try and complete my collection. I have an abundance of NFL Football and MLB Baseball (both complete and partially complete) boxed games with original no line carts i am willing to trade for titles i do not have. Contact me if interested in trade only. Not selling these as i need to keep some for trades. Contact me if you would like to see pics for trade. Thanks, Rog
  14. No, they were 1st year commons so not a huge deal. The one in larger badly crushed box was fine... lots of extra room in it. The one in LP box was flattened except for around the tray. For these kind of games i dont mind so much. Now if i had a good Spiker or Mud Buggies game in there i'd be upset. Boy, lots of different opinions on this one.
  15. If you contact them and give them exact measurements you want, i bet they can make them for your games.
  16. Today i got 2 games in crushed boxes from shipper. When will people learn how to properly ship these games? One came in an LP album shipping box! That thing is only about 1/2" wide! Of course anything inside will be damaged. Just for referrence, always try to ship games in a good, rigid box with descent packing. Dont ever ship a game in an envelope or LP box. Thats just lazy. One game was ok. The one in the LP box was flattened. Thanks, Rant over.
  17. I never sold these like this. You had to have bought it from someone i was tight with and made the cart for. (I can tell by the hand-written note inside the shell. I would not trust someone to do it correctly on their own..lol). They were never sold as a kit, only in mattel cart form. The ones you see in Activision shells were more or less favors for people i knew. I also made the sleeves fit for these Activision cart ones. I believe i did 10 or so of each title total. ..and no, i dont have 50 sitting in my closet..lol. I have 1 of each... thats it. I know its an old post but just wanted to clarify things.
  18. I have tackled this same issue over the years. I used to try to remove them if i thought i could without damaging the game box. I was successful half of the time when using heat (hairdryer) & flat tweezers. Problem is that the other half of the time, the antique print on the box would come off with the price tag. In the end i dont think it was worth the effort and damaged game boxes. Better to have a vintage tag on it than a rip. Best bet is to leave them. And never try to remove from shrinkwrapped games. Besides, its fun seeing how the price came down further and further until they were trying to give them away...lol.
  19. Geesh... here we go again. Im thinking i might too. ...and look what i just sold off a couple weeks ago... By the way, what seems to be the rarest of the Sears games?
  20. Yes, i saw them. *(Ive also seen the reprints of my overlays being sold on Ebay from the UK). Im really not a fan of rehashing stuff. I thought about contacting Ebay about the UK knockoffs, but, as long as they dont sell them in a complete set i dont see any harm in it. That way, all those that purchased the numbered sets still have something special. Originally i made the overlays because the games did not have them... and people wanted them. It was fun for me and people seemed to like them (for the most part). Im sure if i would have continued to make them, alot of these other sets would not have popped up.. there would be no need for them. But, it was time to stop for me and let someone else have some fun with it. Of the sets ive seen i think i like the Telegames set the best. I liked the idea of making the overlays to match the sysyem.. that was pretty slick. Of course i know about the flashback sets... nearly half of them are my design... lol. Heres another crumb for you guys.. When Keith and i made our deal for the overlay rights, i asked that they keep my logo on them. He agreed as long as they also had Intellivision productions Inc. So, i had to revise all of them before handing the high res images over to him. I was happy to see them show up in the manual of the new system they put out. It was also nice to see my logo in the set of new overlays i got from BlueSkyRangers! One thing i couldnt figure out was why Keith did not use all of the images i gave him. Maybe he had plans on coming out with another Flashback system later with all of the games on it? Im unsure.
