I tried to order a Concerto cartridge, but the website is not working properly, I was not able to order one.
Does anyone know if this cartridge is still being sold?

What are the differences between these 2 versions of Jaguar Game Drive? I am located in the US and I am thinking about purchasing a Jaguar Game Drive, but I don't know which one I choose. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I'm interested in ordering a Concerto cartridge, I have the website link to buy it, I just have 2 questions: (1) is it ready to ship? (2) what is the difference between hokey soldered on or socketed? (The socketed option is more reliable?) Thanks in advance.

andY, thank you very much for the detailed information. I am very impressed with your knowledge

Every time I see the title of this thread I think someone's trying to arrange a funeral for their 5200 and it makes me sad.
Stop making me sad!
I am sorry, English is not my native language, and I didn't realize about the double meaning of "services"

I recently had my Sunnyvale 4-port 5200 modded by Crossbow. He is great to work with. The entire process was seamless. Great attention to detail and communication. The results are fantastic even with a basic RCA (Y,R,W) cable. But it looks even better running the S-Video out into a Retrotink Pro box and then into my AV receiver. The Retrotink does not seem to like the Atari audio, so running that directly from the 5200 into the AV receiver. Works and sounds great!
Crossbow already modded my 5200 console and it was an awesome experience, he is fantastic

@bonaccorsi2 Buy with confidence. @-^CrossBow^-has modded/repaired a couple consoles for me and I’ve purchased a couple of @DrVenkman 5200 controllers. Both gentlemen are a pleasure to work with.?
sramirez2008, unfortunately DrVenkman's controllers are sold out due to the pandemic situation... If in the future you decide to sell one of your controllers, please, contact me, ok? Thanks in advance!

I appreciate your interest. My friend @MakerMatrix and I enjoyed building them and making them available to the community; however, after the holiday sales crush passed and our backlog got worked down, we were faced with the need to either make another large purchase of parts for another run of indeterminate size or wrap things up. At the moment we are no longer building controllers; we were in discussions and making some preliminary plans for an enhanced version with some new features, but nothing concrete had come to pass before the worldwide pandemic put a complete kibosh on all our plans. Perhaps later in the year or next year we might be able to get back to normal and pick the project back up, but time will tell.
OK, if possible, add me to your list of interested customers! Thank you!

Hey -^Crossbow^- I am located in Florida, it's not too far, maybe the shipping cost will not bankruptcy me
Let me know how we can do this.

Where are you located? Shipping costs may play into whatever you ultimately decide to do. I don’t personally like to work on systems except my own and those of personal local friends in the retro-community, but I think @-^CrossBow^- does a good amount of work on 5200’s in particular. I don’t recall where he lives, however.
DrVenkman, thanks for your reply. I think I heard very good things about your 5200 controller. Please, let me know if you still have these available for sale.

When I finally got a controller with replaced gold parts from Best Electronics, my 4-port 5200 console died suddenly. Now I have 2 broken 4-port consoles, 2 power adapters, cables, and a couple of controllers (just the gold one was working fine).
I am looking for someone who can repair my consoles / controllers. And maybe do some modifications, to make this system more reliable.
Or maybe I can buy a 2-port console (I really don't like the 4-port switch box with power).
Or a trade-in, I can ship all my 5200 stuff, as part of payment, in exchange for a working console.
I just need a reliable console and controllers...
Thanks in advance for any help!

Why not FB X? I never had another FB, but I like it, cause it is small like some Raspberry with the case and very light. Although, the performance is not so good, latency is not zero and the controller cable is not very long.
But it can be modded to support the games from USB or we can even completely replace the internal games while running from USB. However, I cannot change the resolution so it is hard for me to use it on my older 4:3 TV via HDMI-AV converter, cause the image is always in 16:9 aspect ratio.
BTW, maybe I made a mistake that I bought deluxe version from USA for a lot of money and now we can buy regular version here for 50 € from our grocery store
Well, the SD slot on the FB 9 looks very interesting! But I am not sure if all FB 9 comes with this slot. Anyway, thanks for your feedback about the FB X!

I want to buy one Atari Flashback, but I have a few doubts:
1. All Flashback 9 models comes with SD card slot?
2. All Flashback 8 and 9 are HD? Or only the ones where it's written in the box "HD"?
3. Wired joysticks or wireless ones? Which models are better?
4. Are Paddle controllers now working on the Flashback 9?
5. Flashback X, is it better than the previous ones? If positive, why?
6. Any suggestions about this matter? I only want to have the best possible Flashback to play Atari games, with good image, sound and playability.
Thanks in advance for any help!

CatPix and Black_Tiger, thanks for the help! I was really expecting the cd starting screen, not a white screen.
I will return the console.

Hello,
I just bought a PC Engine Duo console for myself, with original NEC AC adapter, original RCA cable and no controller / no games.
When I turn the console on, with no Japanese cards / no disc / no controller, I can only see a white screen. Is it normal?
This is a refurbished console, the seller informed me that he replaced the capacitors and also the lens.
Additional information:
- I also tested it with an US Turbo Chip. I know it's not compatible. I was expecting some kind of screen with an error message, but I can only see the white screen.
- I have here also a Turbo Everdrive version 2.5 (I just bought it, to use with this console). I formatted it in FAT 32 and I put some ROMS in the root. I selected the Everdrive switch to PC Engine. I inserted it on the console, and when I turn it on, the Everdrive flashes in red for a brief moment, and I can only see the same white screen.
Do you think I am doing anything wrong when testing this console? Do you think it's defective?
The seller accepted the return of the console. I only want to make sure that I am not doing something wrong.
Thanks in advance for any help.
