  1. Game 1 seems to be normal mode. Game "teddy bear face" seems to be easy mode. I don't think there are any other games. Can't even bring up a two player game. Difficulty switches have no function.
  2. In arcade dig-dug, ill try and set up crazy boulder drops but not on this. I don't even bother chasing down the last baddie, I just dig around for 10 pts a pop while he floats to the top. All I care about is that pineapple. Nothing frustrates me more than missing that. I'll pump every baddy on the whole screen vertically without dropping a boulder on a single one so long as I get that pineapple. CentipedeFan's recipe for Dig Dug success: Pump-kill everything on screen Drop two rocks Pickup pineapple Rinse-repeat Roll score
  3. Eventually you'll get to a series of 4 repeating screens (I think) and the time before the speedup will be super short or nearly instant upon starting a new screen. It's here you can develop patterns as the 4 screens repeat infinitely. After several 100s of k of this, the speedup either stops completely or the timer is so long you never get to it and everything goes back to moving slow. However, at this point the monsters start teleporting out of their enclosures almost immediately, disrupting any patterns you might have going.
  4. Game 4 Diff b/b 3,330 Ive played before but not last season. On a side note, difficulty b on original hardware is the smaller ship. However on the 2600+ difficulty b makes the ship fat. Not sure if this is just my 2600+ or if that's a "thing" on this hardware. If that's a thing it might be good to let 2600+ users know the switches are "switched". So just to be clear we want the small ship, not the fat ship. Right?
  5. So it has to be USB-A to USB-C, I can't go C to C?
  6. It's a USB C cable. It uses the USB C port. Is there a USB port on the 2600+?
  7. So far my 2600+ can not be detected either with the Dumping Tool or my PC. Im using a known working Data and Power cable. It's set to B&W and Im holding down game select before powering it on. Nothing. Ive tried multiple cables on multiple PC and nothing will detect it. Ive tried multiple combinations of color/game reset, difficulty switches and still nothing. I get no beep, nothing in device manager. Does the atari logo light up like when its powered on normally? Mine does not. Am I doing something wrong or do I have a defective 2600+?
