  1. Time to battle those Rusky mobsters in the official Red Heat game on this week's Battle of the Ports.
  2. The game that launched a controller ! this is NiGHTS from Sonic Team on this week's Battle of the Ports
  3. Grandia on the Sega Saturn. (with English patch) Took me about 35 hours.
  4. Probably very poorly concidering homlw much VDP the Saturn game uses. That would all need to be polygons on the PlayStation. It would look awful.
  5. Thanks for the hint. Normally I do but this post was done via the phone.
  6. I think Saturn fans will enjoy this week's Battle of the Ports Grandia https://youtu.be/aPqtqwowQSo?si=lk7iJP9kqq-NYxOA
  7. A true groundbreaking game thsi week on Battle of rhe Ports as we take a look at Grandia.
  8. Nah, I completed Japanese burning rangers back in the day when it was new. Then I couldn't speak Japanese. It was totally doable but of course there was more exploration as I didn't know where I was going 😅
  9. Sega had some crazy ideas back in the day. Why else would they come up with a fighting dux who is refereed in a boxing match by KFC's very own Colonel Sanders This is Battle of the Ports Remastered release of Dynamite Dux.
  10. You obviously went to the wrong stores that tourists go to. Where I live and have lived for the past 27 years, Sega is easy to find, well Saturn and Dreamcast. I'd suggest checking out Yahoo Auctions. They will show Sega is still very popular.
  11. Nice write up. I've been thinking about this one for quite some time but have never taken the plunge. It's a shame it's on the pricey side.
  12. I remember that. It's a pretty poor game from Cobra Team. Not surprising though as they were also behind 2 other crappy SFC games being JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken and Bastard! Notice that all their games are based upon TV shows.
  13. Imagineer released a similar pad in Japan for the Super Famicom and Mega Drive. This isn't the one which takes the little cartridges though. Oh man, I wish I could find images of them. About 1t years ago they were so easy to find.
