Anyone in need of something to take to Cruisin' the Coast?
I'll tell you this: a Chrysler Cordoba with a beefed-up V8, four-wheel disc brakes, reinforced unibody, and an air dam/front spoiler = instant sleeper.

Kamui by SiterSkain:
This may be the best shmup ever, and was made by three people. It, along with Alltynex Second and RefleX, are available on Steam.

Every Twisted Metal ending, rated worst to best:
If you have 1:43:32 of spare time, enjoy!

Syvalion!
Fun fact: Taito was going to release this game stateside, but got cold feet with localizing all those endings and intermissions. The Super NES version did get released in Europe, however.

The more I think about it, I bet homebrew ports of this on the Falcon and Jaguar would be awesome. Another fun fact: One of the storylines of this game states that this game takes place in the same universe as Darius, and another plot ties it to Raimais. That is not going into how some of the bosses and the gold dragon itself appeared in the Darius series.

WARNING! WARNING!
A HUGE BANGER IS APPROACHING FAST!
Be on your guard.

I find it rather odd that The Firemen got covered in Nintendo Power, but not get a US release; whereas Septentrion/SOS barely got a review, but got a stateside release. By the way, Human Entertainment was the first game company Suda 51 worked for.

For fans of Area 51, Maximum Force, and Site 4:
Edit: Here's a tour of Galloping Ghost Arcade:
I sure enjoyed myself while me and my family were there.

Ever wonder what happened to Team Silent when they disbanded? They got back together with what's left of Human Entertainment to make NightCry:
This is available on PC and PS Vita, by the way.

I have returned from my trip to Chicago, and it is so good to be back! I went to Starved Rock park, the Field Museum, and Galloping Ghost Arcade.

Riot by NMK
Run & Gun games don't get any more obscure than this. NMK may not be known for their music, but this game's soundtrack is good.

@GoldLeaderI bet that Riot would make for excellent homebrew ports for the Lynx and Jaguar.

The original Arkanoid, still great to this day. Even if I wasn't much good at it.

Well, the NES did get a port with a specially-made paddle controller, and said paddle was also compatible with the Sequel's port. The 7800 port of Arkanoid is done and is not just compatible with the 2600 paddles, but the Atari ST and Amiga mice, too! I await @mksmith's decision to green light a port of Revenge of DOH.
-
@SlidellMan If I can ever sort out the ball the ball movement that will probably happen!! The last version I released should be compatible with the paddles no probs.

Castlevania 64 with High-Resolution textures:
Yes, it has some tearing and missing parts, but overall, looks sharp.

Unpopular and Controversial Opinions Volume 8:
-Rockstar should make more than just GTA and Red Dead sequels.
-Capcom should bring Mega Man Legends 3 and Mega Man Universe back from cancellation.
-Pixar's films went downhill in 2005, though The Incredibles II was the exception. (In all fairness, Turning Red looked like it would be hilarious.)
-Konosuba = What Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro-chan should have been.
-I think David Moo got too much shit for voicing Sanji in 4Kids' infamous One Piece dub.
-Speaking of 4Kids, they should have done more of their own in-house, original programming.
-
-I also thought that Lightyear looked promising, but after hearing bad reviews, decided not to bother.
-I'd like to see a new Double Dragon game that isn't another remake or half-assed retro throwback.
-Treasure Inc. needs to do more than re-release Ikaruga; Todd Howard needs to do more than re-release Skyrim, especially if they aren't going to fix the remaining bugs that they couldn't patch out in time.
-Taito and Square Enix need to re-release their WiiWare games on the Switch eShop.

ROM Hacking.net has an excellent patching utility.

Don't say that I didn't do you a favor. As for translated ROMs, that I cannot ascertain.
