Earlier today, a parakeet flew onto my shoulder, and I don't know who it belongs to. Pro tip for anyone who keeps birds: Always have a sign that says, "Birds fly, keep the doors and windows closed."

They're part of the new generation of Hollywood. Nothing that was done before they came along should matter. Anything that they don't already know isn't worth knowing. No matter what they've done, they were either the first ones to do it, or they did it better ... all while being unfailingly stunning and brave.

Easily one of my favorite songs from Sonic Adventure:
In all honesty, I can't decide which is better, Sonic Adventure or Sonic Adventure 2? However, I can say:
SA1 on the Dreamcast > SA1 DX Director's Cut
SA2 Battle is still excellent. (I have no opinion on the Dreamcast original, sadly.)

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeh, What's up Doc?

Even though he died ten years ago, Ben Spurgin did more to elevate Newgrounds last decade than Legendary Frog and Zekey Spacey Lizard combined.

Exploring Araki's Other Manga:
I first found out about Baou from Bennett the Sage, and the OVA doesn't do the manga justice.

Five unpopular and controversial opinions:
-Marty Ingels was the best voice of Pac-Man.
-Koji Igarashi needs to do more than just repeat the formula he created in '97.
-The last good year for hand-drawn Disney films was 1996.
-Spriggan Powered is better than what Hardcore Gaming 101 says. (Much better, mind you.)
-Jim Shooter was Marvel's best Editor-in-Chief despite Avengers #197-200.
-
For all five of you who still remember All Your Base:
By the way, the PCE/TG-16 version has a completely different storyline from the Genesis/MD version.

For fans of the Canadian cartoon, The Racoons:
If Len Carlson and John Stocker* were still alive to hear this... *=I don't even know if he's alive or dead, to be honest.

For those who have been keeping track of the Sega Saturn homebrew scene:
Here's XL2's Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/XL2
For those looking for 2D Saturn goodness:
Back when I was 11-12, I thought that the Saturn was a 64-Bit machine akin to the Nintendo 64, only to realize that wasn't really true.
-
For those who loved Guardian Heroes and Code of Princess:
I will admit that the digitized sprites for this actually look good.
-
For those who played Shin Megami Tensei III on the PS2, Atlus has announced a Hi-Def remaster:
Oh, and SMTV is coming out next year.
-
For those who remember After Dark screen savers:
Fun fact: Newgrounds user Sirkowski used to be a colorist on the Bad Dog cartoon before he made Miss Dynamite. Speaking of Sirkowski, am I the only person who thinks that he went downhill after 2003?
-
For those who remember Cotton: Fantastic Night Dreams, it just got a PS4/Switch remake:
I hope that this does well enough to warrant a compilation of the series.
-
Update Time: Cotton 2 for the Saturn just got a translation patch.

Now if only someone translated Cotton 100% and Rainbow Cotton...
